Google I absolutely love Nikki at got nails. She has done my nails for several years now and always does a fantastic job. She is meticulous, and her nail art is beautiful it also helps that Nikki is so friendly and personable. She will instantly put anyone at ease. I couldn't recommend her enough

Google Fantastic nails by this beautiful lady! Absolutely love her nail room! Nikki has everything you’ll need to give you gorgeous nails. Personally, I wouldn’t go anywhere else as Nikki made me feel very welcome and comfortable and my beautiful nails lasted weeks (I’m a nail biter, but didn’t want to ruin them) don’t listen to anyone who gives under 5 stars. Nikki has won awards for her nails and rightly deserved! Thank you Nikki, see you in a few weeks ☺️

Google Went to Nikki for a Shellac manicure. The salon was clean and although small was really lovely.
The nails lasted a good 3 weeks and I was so happy with them, will definitely be returning soon.

Google Had a mani/pedi done here and there is couple reasons for 2 star review. First of all, in 4 days the nail polish started to peel off and when I messaged about it was told that maybe problem is my nail type. Well, I had to get the nails redone during my holiday as they looked horrible and non is peeling off now and it's been over a week (same when I have had gels done previously), so don't think anything wrong with my nail type...
Other reason for two star review is that the pedicure was uncomfortable to do in this place. There isn't enough room for this. I had to hold my leg under the table on her lap. The website says the place is tiny, but wasn't expecting this.

I’m sorry you feel this way, about the service carried out on 16th June 2023.
I always endeavour to give a five star service and if you’d had said at the time that you were uncomfortable at any point I would have stopped the service.
As my policy states if something happens to your manicure up to 48 hours after you leave then it’s likely down to my application and I would fix it for free, anytime after that could be down to something else, and unfortunately I am not in control of what clients do with their nails after they leave my salon.
CND Shellac doesn’t always suit everyone and I expect what you replaced with was not a CND Shellac system.
I’m sorry that my place is tiny, I can only work with what I have, there is a photo of my workspace on my website so I’m confused why you would think it would be bigger.

Google Nikki has been doing my nails for a few years now! The extensions and just CND. Never have a problem and they always last 2 weeks+ easily, which is amazing as I'm a hairdresser and my nails are always in water!
