This was one of the most uncomfortable customer experiences I’ve had.
I travelled around 40 minutes for a confirmed appointment, only to be left outside the property for over an hour in the cold with no communication from the business despite repeated calls and messages.
The setting itself was extremely confusing and unprofessional. There was no clear business signage, no proper greeting or explanation, and I was left sitting outside near discarded decorations and rubbish wondering whether the appointment was even happening at all. At one point, a woman in a dressing gown briefly appeared and then disappeared again without providing any clarity.
What made the situation particularly upsetting was the complete silence from the business while I was actively waiting outside. I was effectively ghosted during the appointment time itself.
Only long after the appointment had already passed did I receive a message saying the therapist would not be attending due to an “unexpected complication.” Emergencies happen, but leaving a paying customer outside for over an hour with no update, no warning, and no attempt to prevent a wasted journey is unacceptable.
To make matters worse, no proactive refund or meaningful resolution was offered directly by the business. Groupon were the only party who stepped in to reimburse me and cover my travel costs.
The entire experience felt chaotic, dismissive, and deeply degrading as a customer. I would strongly advise others to proceed cautiously before booking. Thank You Francine for forcing me to sit in the cold for one hour with a skeleton. What a disgusting human being Francine is. Proof/texts supplied.

Came here for hollywood wax a while ago, found out later after some research i Paid for hard wax but she used soft only.. I got home checked it out and had most the hair on my labia and the back had been missed, looked like it hadnt been waxed at all and had to go back. No clean up, conversation was inappropriate at times. Very unprofessional. Didn't want to leave review really but after some time thinking and realising how bad it actually was thought it should be mentioned.
