Unfortunately, my experience with nail extensions at this salon was disappointing. The extensions were applied very thick, which caused discomfort and damage to my natural nails. When I requested an adjustment to make them thinner, I was informed there would be an extra £20 charge.(The old woman seating there infront of the entrance / exit door)

I understand that services have costs, but I felt this situation could have been handled better. Additionally, I did not find the customer service welcoming or helpful.

I hope the salon takes customer feedback seriously and improves in the future.

This is not my first time having acrylic nails, so I know how they should be done properly. I told the technician during the appointment that the nails were too thick, but she did not really listen. Instead of adjusting them correctly, they were made very thick and uncomfortable.

If the thickness needed to be corrected, then of course the colour would also need to be redone. I don’t think it’s fair to charge me again for fixing work that wasn’t done properly in the first place.

I’m very disappointed with both the service and the result. Unfortunately, this will be my first and last visit to your salon.

Horrible experience, I showed an image of the nails I wanted but they were misshapen and an awful shape. I raised these concerns and the response was unprofessional and not helpful. I requested for them to be redone and was refused a solution.

I was super happy with my last 2 visits to Lyly's salon. The service, design, and quality are incredible. I have received so many compliments on these designs. You may need to ask Lyly specifically for them, as they aren't the typical styles. Highly recommend if you are looking to get a decent manicure in the town centre

Nails not shaped properly and job done a bit sloppy. The gel is starting to peel off on the sides after a 5 days only, as it wasn't been put properly on the nail bad. Nails technician not very friendly and polite (she haven't said not even a word to me during my visit, even when I asked some questions).
Only positive note is that the ombre' bit was nicely done.
Update: after less than a week, I experienced lifting on some fingers and on one finger the gel snapped off.

I got a french manicure and pedicure done and the service was amazing can't fault the staff or prices.

I recently went back to get a mani and pedi done whilst I taken care off. I felt that the service was rushed as staff wanted to ensure every customer was tended to as they were busy! Only when I got home realised how streaky my pedicure was. I was no longer in the area to go back to get it rectified. The manager is very nice lady and will help sort out the mistakes I noticed.
