disappointed with this place i was there before 3 others who got served before me and until i was packing up to leave they came and done my service, they upped the price and said to me we have never charged that much for gel toes but ive always paid that much

Terrible nail place. You are expected to wait 1 to 2 hours even if you have an appointment!
The nail techs gossip about you in their language. Nails are of poor quality. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE! List can go on and on. Me and my daughter were treated so badly. Do not go to this horrible nail shop.

Absolutely awful !!!!. They sit you down only to wait for ages then they start to do your nails then stop and leave you. Another person begins your nail’s filing away like the person before. This continues then they swap again leaving you sat in the chair wondering what’s going on. Not relaxing at all mostly stressful being treated my several people is not the service you pay for. Oh and the amount changes each time depending on their mood for the same treatment. Avoid if you want a good service and value for money. Also very rude people!!

If I could give zero stars, I would. Extremely long waits, staff starting and stopping my appointment to work on others, and poor-quality work. My shellac chipped within two days and they tried to blame my nails instead of taking responsibility. Nearly three hours wasted with no apology or compensation . AVOID THIS PLACE!
there are far better, cheaper salons with much better service.

If could give 0, would give that. Terrible service. Have been couple of times and each visit was worse than the last. Got mani pedi done but they destroyed my nails. Firstly they make you wait for ages! Below average service and 0 attention to details. Did not feel my hand and feet any different post service. And the person doing my mani pulled so hard on my cuticles than it was bleeding and stinging for 2 days. So much for getting my nails done for holiday where I had to wear plaster. Moreover they scraped it so much that I now have dent in my nails and easily visible as my nails grow. Will never be going again.

I have had my nails done for many years. Always end up getting compliments on my nails. Brilliant service. Everyone works really hard here. Shop is always busy and they try to manage it as smoothly as possible but they are human not machines. This place is not for fussy people.
