I had a very disappointing experience at JK Nails and Beauty. I went there to get my nails done, and although the staff seemed nice at first, everything changed when I explained exactly what I wanted. They ended up doing the complete opposite.

One of the ladies completely ruined the shape of my nails. When I politely asked her to fix them, she made them look even worse. After that, another staff member started behaving very rudely towards me.

Throughout the situation, the staff were speaking in their own language to each other while looking at me, which made me feel very uncomfortable and disrespected as a customer.

What shocked me most was when I asked for the employee’s name so I could make a complaint and leave a review as a customer. She refused to give me her name and said, “You don’t need to know the name.” I have this part recorded as well.

I then asked to speak to the manager, but when he came out, he refused to help me too and was dismissive about the situation instead of trying to resolve the issue professionally.

The only person who actually helped and tried to sort the situation out properly was Sam. He was polite, professional, and the only staff member who treated me with respect during the whole experience.

Overall, the whole experience was extremely frustrating and unprofessional. Customers deserve respect, especially when they are paying for a service. I would not recommend this place based on my experience.

I recently had my nails done here and unfortunately my experience was disappointing. I paid 40£ for the nails which I didn’t like. The customer service was not welcoming, and I felt that the focus was more on taking payment than ensuring customer satisfaction.I would not recommend this place.

The worst pedicure I had in Salon yesterday. The technician showed no interest in providing the service nor had any skills to carry out the job. No massage, feet aren’t smooth. Would not recommend.

I can only say horrible. They have no hygiene, they didn't respect you, they make you rush and my nail bed hurts badly. plus they asked for my money in advance and when I asked for the receipt they looked at me like I asked for their life and said they don't give anything like that 🤦‍♀️ I will never go there again. I filed my nails myself at home. I also gave them 40 for unprofessionalism and rudeness

I had a very disappointing experience on my first visit. The reception female was quite rude and unwelcoming, which made a bad first impression right away. The overall environment didn’t feel friendly or professional — it lacked warmth and proper customer service. I expected a much better experience but left feeling uncomfortable and dissatisfied. I don’t think I’ll be returning.

I had a terrible experience in this shop .The so called manager or supervisor (lady) is so rude and not professional at all.I am definitely talking about the woman who bosses the workers around !Quality of the job was awful .Definitely not worth the money .Save yourself the disappointment and go elsewhere.She lack manners and on top of it ,doesn’t know the job ! I don’t recommend this shop at all .

Today 25 june evening time I want go manicure, pedicure and foot extensions just only extension is 55£ charge cash too expensive its okk but the lady was so rude like she didn’t want work on the that time No Treat good rolling eyes, I really feel like get out veryyyyyyy badddddd staafffffff 👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻 I can’t come again

I had a pedicure (£35) and a manicure (£15) done, and the experience was wonderful! The girls were amazing—skilled, friendly, and professional. I spent a lovely hour in the salon, and I truly appreciated their attention to detail and the quality of their work. Thank you so much!
