Requested a basic manicure with no polish. Not only did the man ruin the shape of my nails, he cut too much from my cuticle and made me bleed- and didn’t wash the scissor he used. I had to ask him to rebuff my nails as he used the electric file on my nails (I had no polish on there anyway so it wasn’t needed).

Honest review: I’m obsessed with my new nails! This salon is incredibly professional and clean, and they always get my style perfectly. Every visit is better than the last, and I really appreciate how they listen to what I want. Five stars for sure!

I’ve had my nails done here before a few years ago but the quality has dropped so much since then. i asked for the nail technician to shorten all my nails but she only shortened my thumbs, and didn’t do the rest. i asked again and she ignored me. there is also left over acrylic on the back of the nails that i noticed before and asked her to take off but she didn’t take it all off. i find it a bit absurd that ive paid for a full service, expecting good quality customer service, but i didn’t receive it. at least the 4 nails besides my thumbs look cute.
