I had my first ever facial here today, carried out by Orla. I was late to my appointment and Orla was so lovely and accommodating. The facial itself was very relaxing and Orla explained every step of the treatment. I will definitely be back for other treatments, I felt so content afterwards and my skin was glowing!

I got a lash lift and tint and brow lamination one week ago. I have been loosing my eyelashes at an alarming rate, a sign the treatment was over processed and got in my eye line which I know because during the appointment the product was repeatedly burning my eyes and I had to ask the technician to clear them. During my eyebrow wax some skin was torn and left bleeding - see picture attached. No apologies or mention of this, I was simply ushered to payment, over 100 quid no less. Really sad because I was hoping to get this done regularly and decided to invest in myself, no I'm worried about how many lashes I'm loosing.

Amazing service and amazing staff. I came with nails from another salon and the difference is abysmal, a much more refined and professional job. The ambiance is light and familiar and everything is clean. Thank you Rebecca for your expertise and your patience, I will be back.

What a great find! Sharon was just delightful in person and made sure to get my nails just right!! She helped me pick out the perfect gel color and I left extremely happy with my nails. The entire salon was so welcoming. Wish I lived closer and could come here for my regular touch up!

Amanda and her team at Beauty HQ are great. Was there today for pedicure and fingernails before going on holiday and Sharon did a fab job as usual. I always feel better after a treatment there ☺️. Salon has a really fun, relaxed atmosphere and make you feel really welcome.

Beauty Headquarters is my go-to here in Edinburgh. It's a fabulous wee salon with the most amazing staff. I had the most amazing pedicure with Sharon this week (so lovely and friendly, and such immaculate attention to detail) and Gosia is another fantastic gal who is absolutely the best at waxing. It really feels like such a friendly, neighbourhood beauty spot - I look forward to my visit every time.

I had BIAB & Gel nails and gel toes done here. Very friendly service and Orla perfectly recreated nails I had seen on Instagram and also made suggestions for my toe colour which worked out lovely. I had seen a couple of negative reviews but was really happy with my mani & pedi and would recommend!

Always have a great experience at Beauty HQ! The staff are super friendly, the salon is always clean and inviting. Sharon always does a brilliant job for me but all the staff are fantastic. Can’t recommend enough!
