Booked a polish change. Came in with my sister and she was hoping to get hers done. Walked in, and they were late. Immediately offered shellac, and got annoyed when we said no. Worst polish I've ever seen in my life. The polish itself was old and thick, but only decided to thin it in my last two nails. My nail was filed skew wif, and the polish is very poorly applied. I've had to go and rebuy everything to redo them myself now just before graduation

If I could give 0 stars I would. Awful service, I respect that certain nail designs are difficult but the attitude from the staff was horrific. When I asked for a simple navy french tip I was met with a huge sigh and when asking the technician to add another coat to the nail design due to the very translucent appearance, I was told no but not without nasty comments being made by the technicians. Do avoid as the attitude is awful and judgemental.

Would give 0 stars if I could. There must only be one good technician or using AI / other artists images as the photos of nails do not have the same quality when they actually do them. If asked to fix they will gaslight you & refuse service even after you have paid them and they have not provided the service you paid for. Customer service is awful and so are the artists, don’t waste your money as you’ll just spend more getting them fixed elsewhere

Always have amazing and friendly service. I get my acrylics done every month and they are so careful and well done! The luxury spa is also very relaxing. Highly recommend.

after 4 days of wearing the acrylics they started to chip and have worn away to a hole, without anything to cause it. gems i paid an extra tenner for fell off with in a day. paid £47 for these nails so really would expect better

Got my nails done here and by the end of that day they had started to bubble and peel off. I went back the next day to see if I could get them fixed and they refused, and offered no apology. I completely understand mistakes happen but to take no accountability, not offer an apology or refund and refuse to fix them is ridiculous. Avoid at all costs

Quite rude . Did not adhere to your requirements. Language barrier was quite hard to understand. I showed them pictures but they still refused saying I needed longer nails. Nails were more than I have ever had. I wouldn’t go there again. Then again I don’t live in Edinburgh. A one off.
