With Emma’s experience she can offer so many different facials with so many amazing facial machines! I wouldn’t go if I didn’t see results - huge recommendation if you are looking for a bespoke service with actual visible results.

I have been going to Emma for some time now and I can say she is by the far the best skin therapist I have been too and I have been to a lot. She takes the times to really understand your skin and the whole body if I am having a day where I am very stressed she tailors my facials on a more holistic approach or if there is times where my skin is very dry dehydrated she will bring some of her super duper machines I honestly couldn’t recommend her enough

The ambience of Fior in general is great and I always feel instantly comfortable whether I’m in the waiting room or treatment room. I’ve been here before but my masseuse was Sarah this time and she was just wonderful. I went for an aromatherapy massage and I felt so relaxed that I actually dozed off for the final 15mins! I will be returning.

I am so happy to have found Emma for her waxing services. I learned about Fior through a friend back in 2023 and I've been going ever since. Emma is extremely professional and knowledgeable. She absolutely knows what she's doing. She's very efficient at waxing (I'm always impressed by her speed) and I don't find her process painful (I've been waxed by multiple aestheticians over the years and she is the best). The salon uses a high quality wax that makes the experience a lot smoother. Emma is also lovely to talk to, very friendly, and she works incredibly hard for her business and her clients. She deserves all the support from regular and new clients! The spa itself is a calm place and it's always kept in great condition. I've referred friends to Fior and will continue to do so!

I've been to this salon for years and it's an absolute hidden gem. Emma is a wonderful beautician, her facials and waxing treatments are some of the best I've ever had. The salon itself is clean, warm and inviting. The ambience is perfect for a relaxing treatment and I'm always sad when they come to an end and I have to leave! I would definitely recommend this salon (and Emma in particular!).
