I was given a voucher for a 60 minute floatation session. When booking it made it clear that you are allocated 90 minutes to allow for changing/showering, so you do actually get the full 60 minutes to float.

I was greeted pleasantly by a girl who took me down to the floatation pool and explained everything. She also gave me a glass of chilled water explaining that as part of the experience the room is very warm (but very comfortable and not at all stifling). There were clean towels neatly laid out and complimentary miniature shampoo/conditioner/bodywash. There were also earplugs and a small ring float to rest your head on as you float (very comfortable).

It's an open pool rather than a pod, which I liked as I can get a bit claustrophobic at times. You can turn the underwater lights off or leave them on if you prefer. (They recommend turning them off for the full sensory deprivation experience, but it is your choice - I liked the lights and found them relaxing and spent half the session with them on.)

Once I had showered after the float, there was a little room opposite with a hairdryer and and straighteners. This room is wonderfully air conditioned and they had even left another glass of chilled water out for me. I was not hurried out if the room afterwards and it was a refreshing end to a wonderfully relaxing experience.

I would definitely recommend.

Just had THE BEST deep tissue massage. Ronnie is incredible - she knows exactly how to release your stubborn muscle knots and can apply more pressure to the right spot than even seems humanly possible. If you prefer your massages intense and effective, Ronnie is unmatched.

What a fabulous place! I had a 45 minute Swedish massage and Kirsty was absolutely amazing. This was my first massage in ten years so it felt like my first ever, and she was really considerate, kind and patient with me. She took her time explaining the process with me and making sure I was comfortable and didn’t feel rushed when leaving. I was a little nervous going into it and I am so happy I went thanks to her reassurance and kindness. Thank you so much!
