These are the worst most expensive nails I have ever had!
Looks like a child has done them the biab is not level.
I was pulled and pushed without any communication as the staff were too busy talking to each other!

After a festive Harry Potter marathon and a tragic NYE broken nail, I was forced to try a new salon. Big mistake. One nail came out looking less gel manicure and more enchanted wristwatch.

They assured me it was “fine” — the audacity. This nail has me performing magic without a wand. Wingardium Levio-scar.

Pick your battles, they say… but this one still haunts me like a cursed object from Borgin and Burkes.

Do not advice to go here for take off especially for BIAB nails. Didn’t completely remove the BIAB. Had to pay £10 for take off (which wasn’t taken off) and go elsewhere to pay another £10 to get completely taken off!!!!

My favourite nail shop! I go here very often. I get on with all of them in there they are so nice and very patient with me as I love very long bling diamond nails. They always offer drinks and they are patient with children also. I always LOVE my nails here. Well done guys keep it up ❤️ xx

So rude very argumentative when you tell them something isn’t right. No wonder this place is never busy it’s because of their awful attitude and no customer service manners.
