I am absolutely shocked at the way the manager Mary behaved today, and am super confused by the reviews saying she’s so nice. She is not. Idk if she was having a bad day but I am gobsmacked by her behaviour. She was rude, unprofessional and yelling at her staff. Her attitude was off putting and quite frankly, made her staff equally unprofessional and rude.

The nails themselves i had no problem with, and they were done very well by Giang, but I will NEVER come back here and NEVER recommend the place to ANYONE. The way Mary spoke to her staff was DESPICABLE. What a total and complete atmosphere ruiner. A shame, as the staff were talented. What an utter shame, as the nails were wonderful.

Mary also kept hovering around my nails? Telling me what I should do, what would and wouldn’t look good? Er, what? Are they your nails or mine?

I would like to add that the ONLY genuinely helpful and friendly member of staff in that shop was the lady with the northern accent. She was kind, attentive and looking after everyone. She was also treated ABYSMALLY. It was so sad to see Mary snapping at her so much - this is unacceptable bullying. Terrible experience, terrible atmosphere.

My 2nd time here and I’m a fan, honestly. I came in recently but didn’t like the colour so, I asked the next day if I could change. The owner was happy to rectify the issue for a discount considering the timespan. I was grateful and left the shop much MUCHHHH happier- with a set I intend to repeat. Thank u Mary <3

My nails came out very well it’s exactly what I wanted from my design. The only thing is that I was cut on the same places on both hands and they didn’t mention it. But I would recommend going if you’re getting a design.

Absolutely unacceptable. This is not the first time I’ve left this salon disappointed, but this time was the worst.

My nails are only 2 days old and already look badly done. The shape is uneven, the finish is messy, and it’s obvious there was no attention to detail at all. It honestly looks rushed and unprofessional.

What’s even more frustrating is that they don’t listen to what the client wants. You pay premium prices expecting quality, care and proper service, but instead you leave feeling like your time and money were wasted.

For the amount they charge, this standard is shocking. I would not recommend this place to anyone.
