I am writing to express my disappointment with the service I recently received at your business.

Unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfactory. The reception staff appeared unsure of their role and responsibilities, which created confusion from the outset. Additionally, the management did not handle the situation appropriately. Rather than listening to customer concerns, it felt as though staff were being prioritized over legitimate feedback, which is disappointing and has ultimately led to the loss of a regular customer.

I would, however, like to highlight that one member of your team, Sehr, provided excellent service. She was professional, friendly, and did a wonderful job. It is unfortunate that I was unable to request her specifically for future appointments, as I would have preferred to return solely for her services.

Another concern I would like to raise is that staff were speaking in a manner that came across as rude in their own language, which I happen to understand. This made the overall experience even more uncomfortable.

Due to this experience, I will not be returning in the future. I hope you take this feedback seriously and make the necessary improvements to your customer service and management practices. What an embarrassment business. Don’t bother replying as I won’t be bothered checking.

0 stars! the place smells and the waxer is unhygienic!. It was my first time getting a hollywood wax ever in my life, so didn’t know the process. Ayesha did not even put gloves on, She uses the same spatula for the wax that she could be using for other waxes on different people disgusting! Only realised after that its definitely not supposed to be like this! She gives you a house blanket to cover yourself, the treatment room is unclean and stinks! DO NOT GO THERE UNHYGIENIC! Currently trying to find somewhere to contact about their health and safety standards!
