Nails are not even the same length and weren’t filed straight. I asked for thin French tips when asked what I wanted , but they were made really thick from the start, and I politely asked for them to be made thinner. The nail tech then said I’ll fix it later and then filed the nail down without paying attention, leaving the overall shape and length uneven. Currently I have various nails different lengths and a couple which are literally facing right.

I wasn’t even asked if I was happy with them before paying. As soon as nails were painted he stood up and headed to counter . When I mentioned at the till that the nails weren’t the same length, the relevant staff just smiled and said, “maybe next time.”

Definitely will not be a next time. Complete waste of money, as now I have to pay somewhere else to get them fixed. Definitely would not recommend.
