I cancelled 2 minutes after the 24 window and was charged the entire appointment fee. When trying to contact them about it they repeatedly hung up on me. Just feels pretty cruel

Hi Hannah,

Your appointment was at 3pm on Monday and was cancelled on Fresha by yourself at 3:16pm on Sunday, which is within our chargeable 48 hour cancellation policy of 80% of the booking cost. This is clear and agreed to at the checkout when booking on Fresha.

We have these policies in place to protect our staff wages & their time as late cancellations and no shows have a big impact on small businesses like ours and means we can’t usually fill the appointment slot at such short notice, so then we lose out on earnings.

We didn’t hang up on any calls. We just simply were unavailable at the time to answer your call, we are human after all.
