Google Disappointing experience with a ClassPass booking.
I showed up in person but felt unwell and was told by staff it was fine to reschedule. The next day my message was ignored, and when I called, the owner refused to help and told me to contact ClassPass, and that they use the platform “just to advertise their services” and her staff didn’t know the rules and were not in charge to reschedule.
I was then charged £14 despite showing up and following what staff advised. Feels like poor communication and zero accountability.
