I was in Brighton for the weekend and needed my nails doing. I paid £107 for pedicure and Biab extensions, I was in there for 3 hours, 2 of my nails fell off within 1 week of getting them done. It’s now a week and a half after and there’s another nail lifting up. My nails normally last 3-4 weeks and never fall off at my usual nail shop!! I messaged on instagram and no response, called them up and they said ‘we will see what we can do’ and started questioning me to basically insinuate if it was longer than a week it wouldn’t be their fault? Woman was abrupt on the phone and sounded like she couldn’t have cared less. Would have expected better… very disappointing, my usual nail shop is also £90 for what I got done here and they usually last a lot longer.

Said I could come at 6pm the next day to ‘look at them’ but I live no where near Brighton so didn’t attend. Especially when my nails are completely falling off.. I wouldn’t travel another 1.5 hours to redo them for them to fall off again. Will be requesting a refund

i was charged 20 pounds just to remove gel nail polish. I asked if it was normal because on their price listing it said 10 pounds. she replied saying that apparently it wasn't actual gel, which is not possibile because i've been getting it done for 5 years and, in addition, my friend came here two weeks ago with the same type of nails and paid 10 pounds.
the manager as well dismissed me and my questioning, not even explaining the extra charge.

I had the best nail experience with Aygol today! She took so much care with my nails and transformed them into my favourite set ever ! Could not recommend this place more, so bright and airy and a lovely, kind atmosphere!
