Unpleasant experience, the women who does the eye brow waxing doesn’t talk at all to you to ask you what you would like done , also she did not change her gloves from previous client which is very unhygienic I questioned her about this and she said no they don’t change gloves when seeing different clients. So could she haven been doing an intimate wax and then touching peoples faces disgusting!.

Some how she waxed and cut my nose and left loads of stray hairs. I felt so uncomfortable about the situation I just paid and left and will NOT be returning and i advice anyone else not do!

Got biab done today and they look exactly like the picture I’d shown as inspiration for what I wanted- very happy with them! Would definitely recommend as the staff are the sweetest and work is done professionally!

I’ve had lash lifts and eyebrow tinting done by Maryam many times, and she’s always very professional and friendly. The salon itself is clean, welcoming, and has a lovely atmosphere.

Yesterday I had a product allergen patch test for all of the products that would be used, even the tint which I wasn't sure I was going to have that; and booked for today for 2pm (moved to 2.30 and I am greatful).
I was greeted nicely by both members of staff on entry.

I was treated so well and taken good care of. I had lovely conversation with my lash technician, I think her name was Hailey (im so sorry Im terrible with names!!! The lady who lost her voice at the festival she told me about😅🤣).
I quized her about lash 'tint' to go with the lash lift, as I hadn't been walked through that process or done any research/knew about it yet and wondered what difference it made.
This amazing lady answered all of my questions and put me so at ease. She checked in with each step of the process making sure I was comfortable, the entire time.
The appointment flew by, we are both so so happy with the result and I am so greatful for this first time experience 🙌.
