Google I can not recommend Elite Nail Lounge enough. The service from start to finish is just incredible. Ellie and Tan are both great at what they do, that goes without saying, but on top of that you could not wish to meet nicer people. I look forward to my monthly visits to their shop because they always take great care of me and exceed my expectations

Google I’ve been coming to this salon for a long time now, and honestly I’m so happy to have found such a lovely local place. The prices are very reasonable, but what really stands out is the exceptional service and the talent of the staff. Every time I come in, everyone is friendly, welcoming, professional, and genuinely cares about doing a great job. The salon is always very clean, well organised, and has such a comfortable atmosphere. I’m actually sitting here at the salon while writing this review, which probably says a lot about how comfortable and happy I feel coming here xx
As a Vietnamese girl, I’ll admit I’m very particular about my nails 😁 we really do take our nails seriously! I’m quite picky when it comes to shape, colour, details, and making sure everything looks polished and top-notch. So the fact that I keep coming back here says a lot. The team is patient, talented, and always does such a beautiful job. My nails always look high-quality, elegant, and exactly how I want them. It’s honestly such a relief to have a trusted local salon with friendly staff, and great service, and consistent results xx I’ll definitely continue coming back and would happily recommend this place to anyone looking for beautiful nails and a professional, welcoming environment.

Google Very poor do not go. Paid £63 for infill with a simple design took them over 3 hours then rushed me last minute because they were running over hate my nails will never be returning
Owner Response:
I’m sorry that you’re not happy with the result.
Before we started, you showed me a reference picture and asked for the same design. I explained that a full take-off and new acrylic set would cost £80 because the nails in the picture were much longer, which would make the design easier to achieve. However, you preferred to have an infill instead.
I also explained that because your nails were much shorter than the reference photo, I could only make the design similar, not exactly the same. Although the design may look simple, it actually requires a lot of different effects and multiple colours to achieve the final look. Detailed designs on shorter nails are much more difficult because there is far less space to work with — it’s similar to trying to fit lots of tiny details onto a much smaller piece of paper.
Even so, instead of charging the normal £70 for this detailed infill, I only charged you £65, which you agreed to.
The appointment took around 2.5 hours, which was much longer than a normal design appointment due to the changes made during the process, and unfortunately this caused delays for my other clients. Even so, I still reduced the price from £65 to £63 to be fair.
If there was anything you were unhappy with, we would have been more than happy to arrange another appointment to fix or adjust the nails until you were satisfied.
We believe that if we were not doing a good job or providing good service, you wouldn’t have continued coming to us regularly for such a long time. We truly appreciate your loyalty and always try our best to make every customer happy.
We always do our best to provide good service and keep appointments running on time for everyone. We have also always made sure to be on time for your appointments as well.
Thank you for your understanding.
