Unprofessional lack of communication. Cancelled my preholiday lash appointment after I booked online and waited 45 mins! No explanation given and very flippant. Did not reply to my email query about this.

I just feel it could have been made clear on my arrival that the technician was not currently on site and the appointment was unlikely to go ahead. It cannot have been her first of the day, and if she was not in that day, her clients for the day should have been informed of this once TGB were aware.

I booked this pre holiday appointment ahead of time with no doubt that I would be in good hands. I understand that changes to technician schedules are always a possibility - however I would have appreciated being contacted as soon as TGB became aware that the technician was not working that day, so that I could have booked an appointment elsewhere. The lack of communication left me no time to plan an alternative appointment prior to travelling.

I am very disappointed as this experience was a stark contrast to the quality of service I received previously, and the inconsistency has left me hesitant to return.

I had my hair done with Reese who was absolutely lovely. He’s honestly amazing; I initially asked for highlights however, what I didn’t realise was the look I wanted was more of a balayage and Reese guided me through what would be best! It looks so soft, sun-kissed and well blended. On top of that, the building has such a luxurious but welcoming atmosphere, and I would love to come back to try everything else here!

I had such a lovely experience overall at the salon. All of the staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, and it was really nice to see how they interacted with each other to make sure every client was looked after. The atmosphere was so relaxing and comfortable, which made the whole visit even more enjoyable. Everyone was approachable and happy to offer advice, and I had such a great chat with my stylist throughout. Absolutely love my hair! it looks so natural and felt incredibly soft and shiny afterwards. I would definitely return in the future and highly recommend it to others!!!
