The staffs are always very professional, their attention to detail is exceptional, and they are friendly as well. The store hygiene is better than other nail salons that I've been to in York - they sterilise their tools in a cup of sanitiser and it's put on the table so you can see clearly that the tools are clean and sanitised.

I often ask for specific nail designs, for example ones that are shown in their window or ones that I found online, and show the staffs a picture of the design I want, and my nails always turn out exactly as how the picture shows. None of the gel polish nor my acrylics has ever chipped, and they usually last for about a month before I have to come back again to cut them shorter.

Words alone aren't enough to describe their professionalism and the outcome of my nails, so I've attached some photos as proof as well. I've been coming back every month since Christmas 2021 and they've never failed me. I highly recommend White Tips 💙

i was here for two hours with my friend, one lady just left before either of us were finished. not only did she leave but she did both of the file downs for our infills and has scratched and cut both of our cuticles. prices are too high for the service; not only was this painful but neither of us left happy with our nails.

Nice enough nail technicians however they didn’t show much effort in their work. I got my gel removed and have never seen that technique used before. When he was using the drill on my nails it hurt an insane amount which I’ve never experienced at any other salons before. The place seemed untidy mix matched. Will not be coming back here unfortunately.

Rude at times. Especially the woman that works there. The two guys are ok, but it’s clear there’s some snide comments passing between them.
Most importantly they don’t sterilise anything. The brushes they use to dust off your nails are also used to clean desks and the nail varnish display.
Not sanitary.
