My partner made a booking for manicure and pedicure, arrived on time for the booking, was asked to come back for the pedicure due to other appointments.....must have not realised she made an appointment for both!

I had such a lovely experience here. The guy who did my nails was incredibly friendly and attentive, and he made me feel very welcome from the moment I arrived.

Walked in for the first time when it opened and they were brilliant, full biab gel nails on my natural nails with a beautiful design and it was £32 so I came back a few weeks later to get them done again, just a French tip and they where going to charge me £63 for French tips!!! I had the exact same last time with even more design and it was nearly 30 pound cheaper the time before. Not only this. The nail tech left half way through my appointment to collect her child from school, I was appalled being left there with no one to do my nails for 30 minutes!!! Never ever returning here again😡

We’re very sorry that you had a disappointing experience with us, and we truly appreciate you taking the time to leave feedback.

We would just like to clarify a few things regarding the pricing. When you first visited us during our grand opening period, we were offering a 30% promotional discount for the first two weeks, which is why the price you paid at that time was significantly lower.

Our regular prices are:
• BIAB full set: £40
• BIAB infill: £35
• French tip add-on: £7

So if returning within 2–3 weeks for an infill with French tips, the total would normally be £42. If the set is removed and reapplied as a new set, the cost would be higher depending on any additional nail art or designs. All of our prices are clearly and publicly listed on our website, and they are in line with other salons in the York area.
