I had a builder gel manicure done here a week ago, and honestly was left disappointed by the experience. My nails were first filed down quite harshly, and my cuticles were cut too much. This meant they were very sore and sensitive after the appointment, and I left with four of my cuticles bleeding. During the appointment it was clear they were bleeding but the nail technician did not acknowledge this and kept wiping the blood away, to no avail. I understand that these things are prone to happening during appointments, but not to such an extent. The application of the gel was otherwise good and the gel itself looks good. However, I will not be returning as for the price paid I would appreciate better customer service and attention to detail, especially cuticles. My cuticles are now scabbed and have multiple areas of flaky skin which weren't there prior to the appointment.

I got builder gel nails done by Kaytlyn and they're so pretty! It's a very nicely decorated place and I'm so happy with how the nails turned out. The process was quick yet thorough and I haven't had a chipped or loose nail yet. I'd definitely recommend!

I got some Gel Extensions done here last week, although they looked lovely when done they didn’t even last a week! They became loose very quickly and just kept pinging off.
£49 wasted, will not be returning.

I don’t normally leave many reviews, but this time, I felt it absolutely necessary!

I had the most beautiful frenchies done by Kaytlyn this morning. She did a wonderful job, taking her time and putting lots of care into the process. She made sure throughout that she was communicating with me to make sure I was happy with everything.

The salon environment itself was clean and inviting, and the staff were friendly, welcoming and really made you feel comfortable.

I wouldn’t go anywhere else for my gel extensions — and you shouldn’t either!

Stunning nails as always done by the amazing Kaytlyn who went above and beyond today making sure I got my nails done even though I was very late. Kaytlyn always does an excellent professional job I wouldn’t go anywhere else. Looking forward to my next appointment.

Absolutely awful experience for an expensive manicure, cut the skin around my nails on numerous occasions which has left them bleeding and sore still 2 days on and forgot to add a top coat to one hand, when I went back as realised I received awful customer service, all very awkward and wasn't offered a refund at any point for an awful job.

Not very happy about the quality.
Staff was friendly but only cut off the majorly visible cuticles and didn't cut the corners of nails to prevent it digging from skin which is a common health practice. Not been done on hands or feet. Unfortunately won't be coming back

I’ve just moved from London and was looking for a place to get a decent manicure. The experience I had here wasn’t at all pleasant compared to the excellent service I got in London for a lot cheaper too. First of all, they don’t even soak your hands before the manicure, they go all in with no prep and start cutting your dry cuticles. Needless to say, my cuticles bled and the lady who was doing my nails acted like it was all normal, kept dabbing blood off my nails. Second, she applied the second coat of gel nails on a wet base so it all smugged. She said the gritty look would disappear after the top coat but no, it didn’t. After it finished she dropped a tub of hand cream on the table and said help yourself. No cuticle oil, no finishing touches. Honestly, for the price you pay, you should go somewhere else.

Had my nails done today by the lovely kaytlyn, she did such an amazing job on my biab nails and did exactly as I had asked for, I found the nail bar to be very modern and all the staff super friendly and inviting, the salon is also accessible which is a win win I would highly recommend xx
