Absolutely avoid.

This was a while ago, but the lady made me wait 25 minutes after the designated time for my appointment. So she was 25 minutes late, didn't offer any compensation for this, and then in the end threw in a £2 discount "because i'm a student."

She did my eyebrows and then sideburn (which she left a bit of so didn't do the service fully.). Eyebrows I will say were good.

The reviews of this place seem shady as well. Very commonly the surname of the reviewers is "Kaur", repeat the same comments, and motion to the student discount as if it is to entice people to come. I also think one of the reviews is actually from the lady who works upstairs, which is actually against review policy.

Do not go. Find somewhere else.

Went for a wax, Sarbjit made it really easy to book as I was just in York for one day - the treatment was professional, clean and she made me feel very comfortable.
