As for the other staff . . . they will always try to scam you out of £15 extra (on top of what you have prepaid) so beware!

Google After already paying on Treatwell, when I got to my appointment I was told the prices on the app are incorrect and I had to pay extra (I didn’t get any additional services, just the basic haircut for extra long hair I had already booked). It’s shocking to me that customers are expected to subsidise someone else’s incompetence and Olier refuses to offer a refund or communicate this earlier so I won’t be back.
