I visited this salon with my friend recently and had both a manicure and pedicure. Unfortunately, the manicure was quite disappointing. The finish wasn’t neat, the top coat application felt rushed. Overall, it didn’t meet the standard I was hoping for. On a more positive note, the pedicure was okay. It was done with more care, and the result was decent, though not exceptional.
I hope the salon can improve the consistency of their services, as the experience felt a bit uneven.

Done eyelash extensions and never felt so comfortable before doing eyelash extention. Customer service was amazing, done a perfect job, would recommened and came back.

I think for the price you do not get a good treatment, I went in for a pedicure and I still had rough skin on my feet, my cuticles where not removed we'll and I don't. I have had way better treatment for much less. I believe this company just charge high because of there location it is not a reflection of the quality at all. Bare in mind I did my nails yesterday. Also please bare in mind they offer a discount for every review that's probably why there are so many positive ones

I’m now a regular at Beauty Box SoHo! Linh and Sam are my favourite nail techs, they are so kind and attentive! They always willing to try new bold designs that I asked for.

I love the leopard pattern they did on my nails! And I had it done twice ☺️🩷🩷🩷

Worst nail salon experience ever. The manicure started with one lady who managed to miss my nail with the metal buffer used to remove gel three times then told me to relax… very hard to do in the circumstance. Then another lady picked up the remainder of my gel polish. She was very ill and kept wiping her nose with her fingers multiple times and proceeded to do my manicure with that same hand (I could see the bits she had wiped on her fingers. She wasn’t even wearing a mask despite being so obviously ill. On multiple occasions she also leant beneath the table to wipe her nose on her T-shirt…. Absolutely awful experience. Was getting my nails done for a big holiday on Friday and now am worried about getting ill. Definitely not worth getting my nails done and will not be back no matter how good the nails are
