When I got to the shop I thought it was okay but I noticed it wasn’t as clean as other nail shops I had been to before , and when it was my turn I asked if he had the same colour as the one in the picture, he then proceeded to say he has no time and told me to pick myself, then when he was preparing my naps he filled my nail bed too much and it hurt and now I have a damaged nail bed that is in a lot of pain , and at the end he put a hot rag on my hands and it smelt really bad. I would not be coming back ever

The new management is rubbish absolutely ridiculous service. They messed with my nails and when I went back to adjust what was messed up he asked me to pay. The new management needs training please 🙏

I have been coming here every time ever since there has been new staff it is not the same as it used to be. They are so rude they do not give you what you ask for. I paid them they snatched the money from my hand and told me to not come back.
