I would never be back .
I asked to fix my nails as they look wrong she had to audacity to say my finger not straight instead of fixing and I said clearly wanted to be fixed she touched it a bit and left it couldn't be asked to fix .
Also hurt me twice so my fingers bleeding ...
Hygiene wise 0 towels not been changed and tools dont look clean.
I wouldn't even pay £10 for the nails .
Never again I wouldn't recommend it
What a waste of Time and money
Now have to pay extra to get somone to remove them !!!!!

Had lots of pedicures here, end result always good, but some take more care and give better value for money.

My granddaughter had her nails done during Easter school holidays and was very happy with them.

I went to get a tooth diamond and they got glue all over my mouth and then got a diamond stuck to my lip which then she ripped off and made me bleed I went out crying

BEYOND RUDE
Went for my nails done today acrylic pedicure they were visibly not straight and went in all different directions was very wonky and the French tip was all different thickness.When I told her she rolled her eyes grabbed my foot and held onto it when I said I wanted to check them .Told me my feet were wonky even after showing her a picture of my feet done here before which are not wonky .
Whilst seated a lady walked in who had her nails done for her wedding which is tomorrow her nails were lifting and when she asked what can be done to fix this they said nothing and ignored her .absolutely shocking customer service and very rude

I offered to pay half price which was being generous considering the state of them she then said I wasted her time !

Don't waste your money. My Daughter just got her nails done here and they are shocking. Charged £35 for nails that aren't straight, hair and other bits in the acrylic. Did not do what she asked for. Had I been with her she would not have paid for them! Absolutely disgusting.

I had to give it 1 star to write a review but I would honestly give it 0 stars the staff are rude they’ve done my nails and haven’t done them properly hair all in them I asked them for my money back they said no but they are not worth 35 let alone a fiver there so bloody rude it’s unbelievable if I could give anyone advice is to not go there

Normally go elsewhere but they were closed so went here. I got infills but my nails now look horrendous. They are all different shapes as they didn’t bother to re-shape them after putting more acrylic on. One of the nail has a chip in it and I asked they guy if he could fix it but all he did was put a top coat over it and it’s still very noticeable. He didn’t understand English well and was very difficult to communicate with (normally I wouldn’t be so bothered but since he butchered my nails and didn’t fix them after I asked). I really don’t recommend coming here there are lots of good nail salons that you should go to instead.

Got my lashes done for eid. Asked for natural and the lady gave me long lashes but they didn't look too bad so I was fine with them. However they came off within 2 days!!! Was an absolute waste of money as they didn't even last for the first day of eid.
