Appalling customer service from Isra at the fragrance till today. I went in to pickup a click and collect order and wasn't sure if l needed to go to a specific till? So l asked the first customer service till l could see, of course it was all too much for Isra, as soon as l said "excuse me" she glared at me with a face like thunder and a unpleasant tone and said "l'm serving this customer"! So l asked "could you atleast tell me where to go for a click & collect order please? Can l go to any till"? She said "you'll have to queue over there"! I looked back at the main till which had a queue of 10 people, so l asked again, "can l go to any till"? She just pulled a face and said "yeah" so l decided to wait at her till since there was only one customer before me and clearly Isra was delighted to serve me (not). Never the less it was my turn and Isra said "What's the last 3 digits of the order number"? I had to remind lsra to say (Please), which she clearly didn't like, so she asked again with a forced (please) l provided the last 4 numbers, she said "l asked for 3"! How petty? Still, she couldn't find the order number, so l turned my phone towards her to show her the complete order number and then she found it, she asked for my name in her lovely, delightful manner (not) again no please or thank you. Then a young lady called Laura turned up with my order, she was the complete opposite of Isra, smiley and helpful. I even felt like a normal person and not some creature that had crawled in from space. I'm sure lsra has a lot to learn and customer service is not her best skill, but politeness and manners are taught at primary school level. Something which is the very foundation of customer service. I don't understand why Superdrug would employ lsra in a customer facing role when she is clearly not very good and is more then happy to show it. I used to love shopping at Superdrug, and now because of someone like lsra, l almost don't want to.

I was in desperate need to find a fragrance for my nephew, and superstar staff member Sheraz came to the rescue. He spent a good 10mins with me letting me smell samples and talking to me about each fragrance. I managed to get the perfect gift thanks to him. If the manager of this branch sees this, please let him know how amazing he is, and that he saved the day!

It's not a pharmacy, why is it even showing up when you search for a pharmacist? I'd blame Google but if Boots in Broadway doesn't show up when the pharmacist isn't open that says that Superdrug are choosing to show up in the search results for a pharmacist.

The Sales Advisor Israa was very professional in recommending the body products to me. She was lovely , engaging and knowledgeable in the body butter she recommended. The Garnier which she recommended that I buy 2 or 3 weeks ago was really hydrating especially in this winter. I loved it as it had cocoa butter in it which helped me to smell nice and I was compliment due to that. I would like to encourage her to always stay as she is as she was really helpful and informative. She was bubbly and smiley. She always used a warm tone and had a smile while explaining, she ensured communication was done effectively and efficiently. I would like her to keep it up and if possible get some recognition as I have came in a few times and she treats her customers as her friends not just clients.

Mehak was an absolute life saver. She helped me match my concealer to my skin. Very helpful, polite and excellent communication skills. I was surprised she has only been working a short while, she is very experienced in make up and I just wanted to say a huge thank you!
