Absolutely horrific customer service!
Whilst I appreciate it was during a busy time , telling your customer that has waited one hour to go to another salon if you don’t what to wait is dire !!
The attitude stunk ! My 5 year old waited patiently for 1 hour only for a lady who had been sat for 15 minutes to be attended to before her. When I tried to explain this , the lady said it’s because she’s having powder nails ; to be quite frank I don’t care what service another customer is having , if someone has waited an hour you attend to them first !! Will never come again !
I don’t know why I decided to even go into this salon. I have been using Angela’s for years. You are always respected and the service is 10/10. Do not go this salon , avoid like the plague.

Took 2 hours just to do French tip. I understand some days get busy but don’t take on more people if you have less/ short staff.

They were seating 9 people down with 4 staff. Doing half of the job and going on to the next customer. You’d be waiting around 10/15 minutes before another staff would come to you and continue the process.

This is wrong as if you want to leave you can’t as the have already done 1/4 of the job whilst you’re seated there. They charged a girl next to me £35. And my pricing was £40??? On the price list it said £30. Making there own cost up

Was going to question this but they were half arsed so just left it. Won’t be coming again

Manicures are not necessary for life. I get them because it is a small way to feel pretty. I never regret paying professionals for work I can't do well. I am faithful, tipping well those who ensure I leave their shop relaxed and looking better than I went in, proud of my nails. Now look at my pics after I bought remover and cleaned the excess polish off my skin. Do you think I enjoyed the Miss Nails experience or expense?? Would you be proud when someone glanced at your hands?? 🤔

Terrible, did the worst manicure I’ve ever had, left my nails looking worse than when I went in, tried to fob me off with excuses for why it looked bad, avoid at all costs

Had to tell them a few times about corrected nails put 2 On wonky had to takeoff and re-put on The nails are lifted, so I’m going to easily catch will never go there again after I corrected the woman twice She then began to be quite Rough when filing the nailand caught my skin a few times I give up at that point and just let her carry on. I think I’m gonna have to get them replaced elsewhere. Don’t waste your time growing when I was sat there. Another woman was also complaining I should’ve walked out then.

It was our first time coming here for acrylic my daughter is blind already had a really bad experience with other nail salon in broadway she was really scared to try new but I helped her out I told her and don’t worry this one is going to be good experience but it looked horrible very messy and nail shape is wrong too she asked for round and it looks square she is so upset and when I told them it’s very messy she said just wash your hands but jell is all over on her tips and her fingers are bleeding too we had a very bad bad experience never coming back and when we asked them to take it off because we are not happy we have to wait for half an hour they should have done it straight away my daughter anxiety is over the moon just because they don’t know how to do their job and still have to wait

Still charged full price for the rubbish they did.

Used to love coming here but its just not the same. Shred my fingers apart, nails super thick and the shaping is horrible. Such a shame

Been going here for years but is not the same anymore.
my nails today are a mess! Thick like hooves! white around the edges looks like the colours rubbing off. skin cut around the
nail on 2 fingers so is sore.staff chatting between each other and so slow. girl doing my nails at one point was on her phone the whole time too.
Time to find a new nail bar I'm afraid
