Absolutely appalling behaviour staff disgusting lie to you I don’t know how they’re still open I had to leave with my nails drilled down by making me wait over an hour when they said 15 minutes always swapping around doing other people’s nails that walk in when I’ve been waiting over an hour already I can’t believe they treat customers like that and I’m shocked!

I got my acrylics done at another nail salon and i didn’t like them so i went to top nails a few days later and got them repainted. Zeena did my nails and they are amazing she was so sweet and i will definitely be returning! Thank you for saving my birthday nails ☺️

Very disappointing and concerning experience. The quality of the manicure was poor, but what worries me most is the lack of hygiene and sanitation. After my appointment yesterday, the skin around one of my nails became swollen, painful, and appears to be infected. Tools and cleanliness standards clearly need much more attention. I would not feel comfortable returning and would caution others to be careful.

Appalling. Staff child running round rooting in my handbag and poking my grandson. Wrong colour put on my daughters nails then huffed about when I made him change it. Moody technician trying to do 2 people at once.
Not 1 week later the colour is peeling off

Absolutely disgusting behaviour to a customer whilst having my pedicure. Shouting & ranting at her! Which odviously made everyone in the busy shop very very uncomfortable... horrendous experience. Avoid at all costs

Me and my friend went to top nails yesterday evening. Service was very shocking including one nail technician that was doing my friend leaving half way through the services.The individual that was doing my nails kept leaving to serve other customers including someone's eyelash's. My friends nails weren't completed properly( not filed properly or shaped and nail glue left on her hands.) Not even a day after my nails had been done one snapped off and when I complained I got told ' it's not mental it's acrylic' Clearly lazy work has been done for a nail to fall off not even a day after. Additionally, was insulted by been called rude because I asked for a refund or fixture of the nail for free.
Would not recommended this business to anyone !!!!!

I came for the first time today and I was not happy with my experience. The customer service wasn’t great one man left halfway through completing my set and my friend kept getting left while her set was being done, so the lady could help other clients. I left with cut cuticle from the electric file and glue all over my hands. I got acrylics and the edges were not filed down leaving sharp edges. I personally don’t think that £40 was worth it due to the poor customer service and the state my hands were left in. I don’t reccomend!
