I had my eyebrows waxed here and was clear I just wanted a tidy up. Instead a chunk was taken off the front of one of my eyebrows. On top of that there are still stray hairs. I had them done for an event the following evening and big day at work. I will now be feeling very self conscious. Upsetting and disappointing.

An absolute angel!

I was in Huddersfield for a super short visit and woke up with the worst shoulder and neck pain
As I rang up
Julie had availability within the hour and within 5 minutes of my arrival i was whisked through the doors straight to the treatment room!

Absolutely fantastic service and I can see why she’s in this business with over 23 year’s experience, she managed to make my pain subside so I could go about my day!
