My daughter has been for her nails doing today for the first time as she was recommended and they were awful, £32 wasted they were all different lengths, thickness and shape will not be coming back!!!!

Very disappointing and unreliable

This nail bar repeatedly advertises that it is open on Sundays, but in reality it is not. I travelled from Bradford to Huddersfield three Sundays in a row, and each time the shop was closed despite Google stating it was open.

After the second wasted journey, I phoned the owner, who personally assured me that the shop would definitely be open the following Sunday. I made the journey again today based on that promise — and once again, it was closed.

This is extremely frustrating, unprofessional, and a complete waste of customers’ time and money. If your opening hours aren’t accurate or reliable, they should not be advertised. I would not recommend travelling here unless you want to risk turning up to a locked door.

I've been coming to this nail shop for over 2 years. Every time I have had an excellent experience and service. I've been super happy with my nails too, but the last time I went I got a different experience, different vibe and if anything felt VERY uncomfortable. Also, my nails were done super short when I asked them to be alot longer. Not happy, my nails are very sore from before I had them done, I kindly asked for a woman to do them as the guy who works there is very rough and has tend to hurt my fingers in the past. I then got given the guy, which as soon as he started on them he was hurting my nail, so I explained again and his reaction made me feel so uncomfortable I almost got up and walked out. His customer service is appalling. He speaks about you in his own language and makes it so obvious. If I'm paying my money to someone when it's not exactly cheap I expect a decent level of customer service yet he was so rude, I've never known anything like it. All the girls are lovely and do such a good job, and he usually does but after how he was I will not be returning back.
