I am very unhappy with the service and would not recommend this place to anyone. I asked several times if they could do a paraffin wax treatment, and they assured me they could. However, while I was there, it became obvious they did not actually know what I was asking for. Afterwards, I even showed them a video explaining what a paraffin wax treatment is, and instead of apologising, they told me it was “expensive.” I found that very unprofessional why would they assume I came without money for the service I specifically requested?

The worst experience of my life. They are so quick to have you sit down and go back on the agreed price for the set. The design done looked like it’s been done by a 5 year old and when I voiced my opinion, he said it’s not going to be exact and was unable to understand me (i understand it can’t be the same but atleast make it look nice and have the colours right). I’ve been back and my nail beds have been hurting ever since. HORRIBLE.

Really poor gel nail polish job, and shaping is terrible! two of my fingers are bleeding.woman was rushing and talking on phone. I'd have rather her tell me come back another day than get this mess. Im really dissapointed

Woman ragged my hands around twisted my fingers filed my skin multiple times' burnt my nail bed whilst taking off the old stuff.. then got passed to someone else who also butchered me . Wanted fairly simple design but the symmetry is all way off, no attention to detail. I pointed out something i wanted them to alter and received attitude in return.. my nails are now different lengths thicknesses and sizes and also in agony!!! And they charged me 50 quid!!! ..... They are genrally very rude I noticed aswell, one member of staff spoke to another customer like crap and raised her voice it was appauling just don't go what ever you do!
