Booked in advance but still kept waiting and then asked to book another appointment for the rest of the treatment while walk-ins were attended. I am a polite and reasonable customer and did not make any fuss, but respectful service matters. Being loudly told about an entitled card discount in front of others after being messed around felt uncomfortable and poor customer service. Won’t be returning. These places ask for cash, get messed around ruining full day, provide poor experince and earned fuss! Highly unsatisfactory.

Amazing experience. So kind and helpful. I got biab nails done with design and deluxe pedicure treatment. Everything was done so professionally. I also received drinks whilst getting it done. Deluxe pedicure was amazing, I got a massage for feet, legs and back and lots of oils and creams and masks.
Overall amazing experience and very happy will recommend and come again.

Seen as though this place has removed their old page so no one can see their multiple negative reviews, I have had to post this again to make those aware.

Really disappointed that I have to leave this review but I can’t not comment on the awful experience I received.

I have been to this nail bar 6 times now, and have always been happy with the service. The shop is clean and there’s so much choice in colours/designs etc. However, I have noticed how rude certain staff members can be when you ask for a minor change or preference. I had asked for a design and had shown images for reference. I was so happy with the design and was very clear on where I wanted it etc. I noticed that the design had been put on the other side despite asking for it a certain way, I simply pointed this out and was shocked to be met with complete outrage and anger by the gentleman doing my nails. He shouted at me in front of the whole shop accusing me of not telling him how I wanted them, despite me mentioning it several times and also showing him. He said “you are always difficult, don’t come to this shop, I am not doing your nails again” plus more, when all I did was point out a minor error which I thought would have been easy to correct as they had not been put in the lamp yet. Despite being shouted at, I told him it is absolutely fine and that I am still happy with them as they are really nice, that there is no need to correct them as I didn’t realise it would take so much effort. He continued to shout at me and speak to me outrageously in front of everyone in the salon. I continued to try and diffuse the situation, by reassuring him there was no need to correct them as I didn’t realise it would take so much effort to do so. I was completely humiliated and to be honest was so embarrassed. I left the shop feeling really upset and anxious at the experience I had just had. I even apologised for mentioning it, which is ridiculous because I have every right to mention an error that has been made when I am paying for a service. However, despite that, he still shouted at me continuously and completed degraded me. In the end, he didn’t correct my nails which is fine and I paid for the service and left.

At the end of the day, I’m paying for a service. I should be able to mention that I would like to change something or point out an error, especially when I had been clear with the preference in the first place. I understand how it may have been annoying to the member of staff, but there is a way to speak to customers and that is with respect and manners. I came to get my nails done for my birthday, and was excited to finally get a design done here after growing them for a while and seeing all their amazing designs on social media. However, I was completely let down today. It is absolutely appalling that I was spoken to in such a disgusting way in a shop full of other customers. It’s very unprofessional, and is poor customer service especially from a newish shop.

The staff in there are really good at their work, and I am honestly so so disappointed and saddened with this experience as I genuinely believed I had finally found a lovely shop to get my nails done. Unfortunately this is not the case. I’ve told a lot of my friends about this shop, but I’ll be advising them to not attend there as I wouldn’t want anyone leaving feeling the way I did today. Again, my nails are lovely, and I honestly didn’t see the issue in pointing out a small detail as I didn’t realise it was so hard to change. And again, I am paying for a service. You don’t see hairdressers screaming at you when you ask for a slightly change etc. So yes, if you want lovely nails go here, but if you want good customer service, professionalism and politeness then I would reconsider.

First time at this nail salon and I can tell it’s the best over all in Huddersfield centre, good attention to details,very nice and tolerant people and good at what they are doing. I’m surprised they don’t have as many reviews,but it just shows tha loads of reviews don’t always mean it’s very good,I decided to write this review as I think this nail bar really deserve 5 star and I don’t usually write reviews unless I had a bad experience. The picture don’t justify how beautiful my nails are, will definitely be back when I want to treat myself or even become a regular customer💅

Went here for my nails doing for the first time today, absolutely stunning😍. I’m usually quite picky with French tip but I’m super happy with them. I’ll now be back here for regular infills. They also offered free cans of pop in a little basket too. Highly recommend 🩷

if you don’t care about how your nails turn out and are not picky definitely go here. i had a male worker do my nails every time I would speak up and say anything such as could you please make this one shorter He would get angry, start shouting and just be overall very rude.

I asked for 3-D flowers on my nails. This man messed it up twice and let me know beforehand that the other worker was not qualified to do this flowers. Therefore, he did the flowers and when I said that I don’t like them, can you do them like the image once again He shouted. And Word for Word said ‘ you do them’ Handing me the brush and telling me to do the flowers myself.

This is probably the most expensive nail salon in Huddersfield when paying for premium pricing you deserve good customer service.

The workers are rude when you walk into the salon and ask a question they dismissed the question and just want you to sit down to increase their clients .

Do not recommend at all. Very rude , Under trained incompetent staff.

SUCH a great experience! The staff were so accommodating and patient with me deciding on a design, I came in not having a set idea for my nails but they were so nice about it and patient. I got BIAB with gel nail art and they did the prep perfectly, she was so gentle with my nails and I felt very well taken care of. The salon is clean, the vibes are great and the quality of the service is outstanding.

Spent part of my Mother’s Day at Heaven Nails and it was the perfect treat. The manicure and pedicure were done with such care and attention to detail. The team are always friendly and the atmosphere is so relaxing. My nails look amazing – thank you for making today feel extra special
