I purchased a Groupon package. Pros: Bargain price. The massage was of decent pressure. The facial products smelled lovely and haven't caused any irritation. I wasn't hurried during or between the treatments. I was able to park for free just a few metres away. Cons: The building is in a state of disrepair and it should be cleared, fixed and redecorated. It also desperately needs a blooming good scrub. I almost left partway through my treatments, but I don't know when I'll get time to take an afternoon for myself again, so I thought it couldn't much hurt to see it through. The room was harshly spotlighted, too cool and far too bright to be relaxing. People were knocking on the door and at one point also entering. There was no calming music or atmosphere; it was rather like being in a store room that they'd squeezed a bed in. Staff all had their phones on them; it's hard to chill out with text alerts going off, never mind the manicurist weilding tools & still taking a call. Inexplicably, the manicurist remarked that my right hand needed special attention. I'm left handed, so if there's an issue with any hand, it's that one. She continued to unnecessarily cut two of my nails considerably shorter than all the others. Granted, my nails are thinning (menopause), but these two nails were in a similar condition to the 8 she didn't hack away. I knew she'd messed up, but it wasn't until I scarpered that I realised how poorly it'd been finished. Luckily, I don't care much; they're just nails and they'll grow. But for the purposes of a review, this is an honest and fair account. I don't think the staff were terribly rude, but it's the least professional salon I've visited and I wouldn't go back.

Thank you for your feedback but we would much rather appreciate if you could raise these issues on the day, as much I remember you did not complain during the treatments or after and as we always ask our client before taking payment or vouchers if everything was ok or they have any issues but if we knew you are not happy or any issues we could rectify them. And as far Therapist
Phone or disturb by text’s she have little kids and she left them with childminder so we allow her to keep her phone with her until school holidays. Am mother my self and I can understand stress mums goes through.and thank you for your suggestions about redecorating our salon.

Lovely salon, absolutely beautiful service. Kind, warm and welcoming and it feels like you’re at home with how they treat you. I’ve been few times as well as my other family members and they make me feel so comfortable especially when I bring my little babies along with me.

Excellent service by both members of staff on the day. They made me feel comfortable and managed to book me in as it was a walk in. They were so understanding of my anxiety and worries, as I suffer from hair loss. The lady explained each process with the scalp treatment she explained each step and made me feel comfortable.
I had a head massage and scalp treatment with a wash and dry and trim.As a result of the treatment my hair feels so much healthier and stronger.I will definitely be going back to this salon, excellent service overall.

My Mrs went there for her eyebrows+forehead and the lady was discussing her committee money with another man on the phone while speaker's ON. She was so poor at threading that my wife has bleeding in patches over the forehead. Will never recommend this place where professionals are not hired.

Thank you for the review, I appreciate you leaving feedback however there are a few points to note that I believe have led you to leaving this review

1) Your wife rang in requesting a baby haircut which we stated we do not do, when she came into the salon for her eyebrow appointment she brought her baby stating she had a haircut appointment which we again said we do not do. Your wife argued with us for 10 minutes and stated she didn’t care that we didn’t do it and she’d hold her baby down to have it done, after we stated we would not be doing it and she can either have her eyebrows done or leave she decided to put the baby in the car with yourself and get her eyebrows done.

2) After having her eyebrows done she requested a forehead wax which we stated that wouldn’t be possible as we work by appointments only and didn’t have her booked for that and didn’t have an opening and the next client was on the way, she then stated no just thread it quickly then. As a gesture of goodwill we decided to thread her forehead but she kept letting go of the skin which all experienced clients understand is not safe for the skin during threading. Regardless, she did not leave with any bleeding and was happy with the service at the end, despite your wife letting go of her skin continuously there was no cuts and this is simply due to the therapist treating her having over 20 years of experience.

3) Finally, yes the phone was answered on speaker however it was to a woman, a very old client of ours, who wanted to double check how long we were open today due to Eid. The only reason this phone was answered during your wife’s appointment was because your wife had wasted so much of our time arguing about the haircut and forehead waxing prior. normally all calls wait until the therapist is free but in this case we had to make an exception. If this had occurred on another day we would’ve refused your wife from any services because of the way she spoke to our therapist at the start, however as stated earlier we did treat her out of goodwill.

For future reference I highly suggest you look at the situation as a whole and ask your wife to explain fully before leaving a bad review and insulting our staff.

Although we treated your wife this time out of goodwill, she will no longer be welcome in our salon.

The reason I gave it a four is because there is wonderfull service really polite and the girl is well mannered. But what let me down was something that I know wasn't their fault but regardless , a women came along with her daughters was so close to throwing up and then did. It ruined my entire day just because of this one incident. I never got to do my mehndi and i waited for more than two hours.
