I would give zero stars if I could. The man who let me in was outright rude and hostile for no reason. I asked a simple question about getting my nails retouched and was told to “go back to where I came from.”

The way he looked me up and down and spoke to me was completely unacceptable. As a mixed-race woman, this felt blatantly discriminatory and made me extremely uncomfortable.

Absolutely disgusting behaviour. I would not recommend this place to anyone under any circumstances. I would rather go without than ever step foot in here again.

The acrylics are very good quality and they are very gentle with the process, however the shop is very unsanitary and she did a different design to what I asked. Also, the nails are different lengths. It's not too noticeable but it's still not good.

Worst nail shop I’ve ever been to! Left with bleeding nails and charged £38! Not to mention the owner is rude and the whole shop stinks like sewage 🥴 I also think they’re running an illegal business there was beds, showers and microwaves in the back of the shop so I feel like some of the staff have been forced to work there and sleep there? It’s all abit weird. Definitely would not recommend

I dont reccomtthis place I went there for upper lip waxing for a first time and never again. The olsest lady had no idea what is się doing she burnt my skin, my skin was very red and swallen. She sens me home with a bit wax on my skin.
Don't go there for waxing I was doing there few Romea nauka i. The past but not very happy. Deffinitely not reccomend waxing in that place.

The staff are very attentive can’t fault the staff. However my nails I had on fell off after 3 days! Acrylics all become loose and fell off just after having them on for 3 days. Very disappointing especially after paying £35, after 2 fell off I rang to get them put back on but when the rest became loose and started to come off I thought I don’t even want them again. Just come straight off with no damage to my nails at all which acrylic should not budge after just 3 days. Will not be returning. I think the quality of the product needs to be reviewed. Very disappointing

All the staff here are so kind and caring! They always offer you a hot drink and do such an incredible job. Me and my sisters won’t go anywhere else! Thank you
