Had a great experience today with Lauren. She’s done a brown angel set for me and honestly couldn’t dream of any better. She’s patient and super gentle (I literally fell asleep during the appointment). My eyes are sensitive but I was comfortable during the appointment and they were bright and clear shortly afterwards, did not even needed to use eye drops. I traveled a long way to get to her salon but it was so worth the time. I highly recommend it! Thank youuu xx

Lauren is the GOAT for lashes in Birmingham! I have been going to Lauren for Russian lashes for a couple of years now and she is the loveliest, most talented lash tech. If you want a gorgeous lash set and a new bestie she is the tech for you ❤️

Extremely disappointed by the service, my lashes were not similar at all to the photo I showed and when I communicated this, I was told there was a no refund policy, which is very unprofessional when the therapist is at fault.

I contacted Lauren about getting my lashes removed because I had surgery which required me to remove the lash extensions. She refused to do a removal and insisted that she had not done my eyelash extensions. I had a full set from Lauren 3 weeks prior to the removal request. Terrible customer service, will not be returning.

Had my first appointment here with Lauren, & the word I would use to describe her & her salon is “OUTSTANDING”. she immediately made me feel extremely comfortable, I’ve never had my lashes done before so she asked me what look I’m after and advised me what she recommends with it being my first time, she talked step through step of the aftercare. She kept making sure I was okay and comfortable. I felt like I had known her for years yet it was my first time meeting with her! She’s such a talented polite lady! Her salon is beautiful honestly the hygiene here is perfection!!!! The details she has put in you can tell it’s much more than a “job/business” to her she really has a passion for her work and her costumer's. I won’t go anywhere else now!
