I decided to treat myself to a birthday manicure in June 2025. I've always worn my nails short and though I love nail varnish, when I've painted them myself, they've chipped within a day of two because of all of the crafts, gardening and DIY I'm busy doing.
I was surprisingly nervous making contact with MY Nails & Co - as I'm not really a girly manicured nail type person and didn't know "how it worked" and what all of the nail types are. However, Marie was so kind and patient when responding to that first (and every subsequent) message - answering all of my questions, that she makes the process so easy you can't help but trust them and want to return. Since that first experience, I've been a regular and had my nails done by all 3 technicians. Each one has given my nails such great love and attention that I've walked away with designs I've loved every single time.
I've somehow managed to grow my nails with gel nails, keep them beautifully manicured and not compromise on how hands on and active I am in life. I've just transitioned to acrylics because of how long my nails are getting.
Yes, there are other nails salons in Birmingham but surely none like this - where you're treated like and individual with such care and attention to your needs that it truly that feels like a home away from home!

Honestly couldn’t recommend Rachel enough. Any design I bring to her, she absolutely nails it every single time – proper talent. She’s also so quick, which is a lifesaver because I’m not stuck in the chair for hours. Love my nails every time I leave!

My daughter has been coming here since she got back from uni and has always gone on about how friendly everyone is and how good her nails look. I finally went for the first time this morning and totally get the hype.

Vinny did my nails and they’re perfect. He was super friendly, really took his time, and the customer service was amazing from start to finish. Such a nice, welcoming place.

Will definitely be back and would 100% recommend.

I am on holiday from Australia and needed a salon which did acrylic infills. Up arriving, the staff were so friendly, offering a drink or a treat. We don’t get that back home! Not only this, but they did a sterling job on my nails - super thorough and tried three different pink shades on my three nails, letting me choose which I liked the best. Highly recommend, and thank you for being so lovely.

Highly recommend this wonderful nail salon. Prompt reply to messages, fully understood what I wanted and created the required design beautifully. Not only this but the staff are so friendly and 90mins having my nails done was a really enjoyable experience with brilliant banter and chat! And the neatest, most lovely nails I’ve ever had at the end!
