Before even walked into this nail shop, I thought it was gonna be terrible because my family said it’s not the greatest but I wanted to have my own judgement on that apart from that my sister goes there and get hers done and anyway everywhere else was busy, so anyway I’ve walked in and the chairs are broke and they’re still offering you to sit on them. The man told me 10 minutes so I waited and it was more than 10 minutes eventually when I sat down he called another customer over and started doing that there’s when he was supposed to be doing mine so I got put waiting very rough pushing my fingers out the way grabbing my fingers not even putting the right colour on and I asked for almond shaped nails and on my form where he’s clipped My nails to be that shape he hasn’t clipped the side of my phone enough and he can see that it looks crooked at the side and also it wasn’t relaxing. It was more or less rushy rushy. The man didn’t even speak English so you couldn’t have a conversation. The two other ladies were very nice and respectful very talkative. They tried their best to speak and the man didn’t even speak because he had a barrier over his face my honest opinion they’re not bad nails at all. It’s just the thumb would I go back there again maybe maybe not

3 stars because of the owners( l presumed they are)as they are the ones who told the Iranian looking woman to keep quiet she is very rude and has a very bad tongue on her just because l refused to get my nails done from her as she ruined my sisters pedicure who got a infection in her foot.
I am fully entitled to get MY nails done from who l wish but she was very very bad saying remarks and than even carrying on in her native language very bad attitude

I've been getting my nails done from here on a monthly basis since the past year. Mr Cho, the owner is friendly and most of all does fantastic nails. Im always very pleased and it's reasonable priced. Thanks

Went to this store to have my toe nails trimmed. The guy I was unfortunate to have to do this was awful, rude and extremely rough. He cut the top of my toe, goodness knows how but it was so painful. I had to tell him to stop 3 times even asking the lady to tell him but she looked at me like I was an alien. Don't think either understood English. Awful place, also not very clean.
I will.not be returning.

Went here last week very unprofessional, not even half way into doing my nails the guy went onto do start someone else’s nails left me sitting there to wait to get back to my nails. Plus the guy cut my skin numerous times now my round my cuticles are so sore and cut up, also he never apologised, one of my nails are crooked, was very rushed like he didn’t want to do it, not the nails i wanted i showed him exactly what I wanted but didn’t do what I asked for so now I have ugly crooked nails, the overlay is very thick and blocky, very overpriced aswell i thought they were £25 as advertised on the wall he charged me £30 he didn’t tell me until after even though I asked for £25 nails, guy is very rude and all miserable, never greet with a friendly smile, language barrier too, The lady is lovely but I wouldn’t recommend this nail shop at all unless you want a bad manicure from the man.

Annie is fabulous hence the 3 stars rather than 1, however the gentleman that works there I’ve had him twice, my eyebrow wax from two years ago was shocking about a 1/4 to 1/3 of my one eyebrow was waxed off and he didn’t take much care at all I had him taking off my nails the other day and this was how they were left I was absolutely appalled and it was painful as he didn’t soak them first just tried to pop them off with an acrylic nail then the ones that wouldn’t come off he removed the correct way.
