I have been to this salon twice and the first time it was 5 stars for the pedicure that I had which was perfect. However this week has been a different experience and it’s a shame because I really wanted to give a better review and have a better experience. . I had a pedicure on Monday and left feeling dissatisfied - hard skin left on my heels and also felt the pedicure was rushed. So I called straightaway and told them that I am booked for biab extensions on Friday, and could they sort the pedicure then. To which they very kindly agreed. So I went today. Had a great set of Biab extensions on my hands where time was taken and I was happy. They seemed unaware that they had agreed to look at my pedicure but did without any issues when I asked. I have now come home with both heels bleeding and my sandals now stained from them. I am going on holiday on Sunday and am disappointed that I now have plasters on my heels. I think next time I will go back to my usual place as I feel that the nail technician should have known how much skin to take off on heels so that it is done properly but without bleeding heels after!

Not a great experience overall. Got BIAB done with Ombre to begin with. The biab was so tick and my nails burnt so badly! Got charged £40 instead of 38 as on their website. The biab then started to lift after 1 week! Called and told to go in for a repair and got charged £10 because I changed the colour. I went for a single colour rather than an Ombre which is harder and more expensive!!! So I ended up paying £50 for basic biab with normal colour. Even when I voiced my frustration I was just told to know it for the next time. Won't be back.

Reply: I showed my nails to your colleagues and they had all lifted from the sides. Your quality of work is poor that the biabs started lifting after a week! I did tell your colleageus the nails and they said they have to take all of it off. In regards to the shape, the tips needed filing as they had chipped, again due to quality of work.

Hi Aylin, so sorry that you felt that way. You got your Biab (builder gel) done on 16th April. First of all, about Why Biab burnt, please refer to this post https://www.instagram.com/reel/DMEJsDGtZ_Z/?igsh=anZueDh3bWVqcTB1, moreover, we do explain how the process & experience should be to new clients who never have Biab done, before we start. And about the length, shape & thickness of the Biab/Acrylic, we always ask if the clients happy or need a change before we go ahead to the next stages.

You called up today on 27th April, after 11 days, and you said 1 nail lifted and we invited you to come for fixing that nail.

According to our policy, we do guarantee for Gel in 3 days, Acrylic/Biab for 5 days. However, as long as you are our clients and no matter how many days it has been, we do Repair/Fixing nails for free of charge. We only charge new clients who got nails done from somewhere else.

Today you came & decided to change the shape & Gel color, not just fixing one nail. Hope you understand that as you changed your mind, we had to do the whole process again to fix all the shape & do change the Gel color of the whole set & we only charged £10 for our time. Do the whole set again took at least 30-40 mins & fix one nail just need 5-7 mins.

Our basic Biab set is £28 (on natural nail with biab-based color), £31 (on natural nail with Gel color on top), £32 (extension with biab-based color), £35 (extension with Gel color on top), Ombre £38, +£2 if some nails needed an extension, so your set on the day was £40.

We do the price clearly on the website and the price set up fixed in our system with the receipt when client check-out. We do not do overcharge.

You called again after the services done & we did explain it properly how you got charged on 16th April & 27th April (today). Unfortunately, you were still not satisfied with our clear explanation & left us 1* rating.

We are really sorry that the frustration that caused to you but we did try our best to serve you & explain everything transparently. Hopefully, our response would make your confusion a bit clearer. We are here, always listen to our clients & improve our services day by day.
