Very poor experience. The staff were behaving in an unprofessional manner . It was my first time doing nails and they were laughing and talking in their own language when asked some doubts and clarifications . It’s cash only , so that was also difficult.

I am a regular customer at your salon and have previously been satisfied with the service provided. However, I was extremely disappointed with my experience during my recent visit.

The treatment I received during my pedicure was unacceptably rough and uncomfortable. While applying gel to my toes, the technician repeatedly forced my foot down despite it already being positioned flat on the stool. This was done in a manner that felt unnecessarily forceful and caused significant discomfort.

In addition, once one foot had dried, the toe separator was removed very abruptly while the technician was attending to another customer. The overall service felt rushed and lacking in care and professionalism.

I appreciate that the salon may become busy at times; however, this should not compromise the quality of treatment customers receive. I would have preferred to be informed that there was insufficient time to carry out the pedicure properly rather than experience such rough handling.

I left the salon feeling quite upset by the experience and wanted to raise this matter in the hope that improvements can be made going forward.

This nail salon has never let me down since I was a teenager and now as an adult they still remain one of my all time favs.
My biab extensions are super strong, plus the chrome was applied excellently and with care. The team are great and super talented!

I’ve been going to American Nails for over 10 years now and they have never once let me down. Every visit is consistently amazing. The team always takes such good care of me, making sure my hands and feet are properly looked after.

My nails always come out so elegant and beautiful, exactly how I want them, and my pedicures are just as lovely—super cute and incredibly relaxing. You can really tell they take pride in their work and pay attention to every detail.

They are honestly so skilled, professional, and welcoming every single time. The quality of their work is always top tier and they make you feel comfortable and cared for from start to finish. 💖

Don't bother making an appointment as they always leave you waiting and give walk in priority! Also you ring them and ask for a price for your nails and then in the shop they quote u more! Very dissapointing!

They rush doing your nails. And when you want your nails removed its never done properly. They dont soak ya nails properly. So u r left with your nails looking a mess. Lack of communication. Plus its only cash payments. Dont waste your money

So in love with my acrylic nails from American Nails! The shape is flawless, the polish is smooth and even, and the overall design looks so classy and clean. The tech was super detail-oriented and really made sure every nail was perfect. The salon was also really clean and welcoming, which made the whole experience even better. I’ve added a photo so you can see how stunning the set turned out — I’ve already gotten so many compliments! Highly recommend if you’re looking for quality and style.
