This review relates to an experience I had when I got my bridal nails done in 2017. It was a long time ago, but something recently reminded me of it.
The owner at the time was the person doing my nails. The appointment took far longer than necessary, and throughout the service he behaved in a very unprofessional manner. He asked my sister why she did not have children yet despite being married, which was completely inappropriate, intrusive, and insensitive. That is not an acceptable question to ask a customer or their family member.
During the appointment, he also commented that my fingers were bent and implied this affected the outcome of the nails. As a professional, it is his job to work with natural features and enhance them, not make unnecessary remarks or excuses. The comparison would be a makeup artist adjusting for facial asymmetry rather than drawing attention to it.
He spent a large portion of the appointment talking about his personal life, including his relationship issues, while holding my hand for extended periods without actually progressing with the service. Overall, the experience felt uncomfortable, unprofessional, and poorly managed.
I do not know whether he still works there or owns the salon. I sincerely hope that if he does, his professionalism and boundaries have improved since then.

Extremely disappointed regarding the service I received during my recent appointment. I had specifically booked with Tim for gel fingernails and toenails, as he had been personally recommended to me. However, on arrival I was informed that Tim was not available as it was his day off.
Instead, I was seen by another member of staff. Unfortunately, the quality of the treatment was extremely poor. My nails were filed unevenly and left crooked, the gel application was lumpy and uneven, and in several places the gel did not even cover the edges of the nails. The finish looks unprofessional and comparable to work carried out by a trainee rather than an experienced nail technician.
Considering I paid £40 for this treatment, I am very dissatisfied and do not believe the service I received represents good value for money.

Been going here for a while & I've only just realised how unhygienic this place really is.
Staff never & i mean never wash their hands between customers.
Be it eyebrows, just carry on after each treatment.
Feet or finger nails it's disgusting.
Will not be going again.

I’ve been coming to this salon for my face waxing, and I can confidently say that all three ladies are absolutely amazing at what they do. They are professional, thorough, and make the entire experience as comfortable as possible. Each visit has been a pleasure, and the results are always flawless.
