I never really give bad reviews to anyone, but this experience was extremely frustrating. This is now the second time I’ve been refused service after coming to the salon. Very unprofessional staff and a complete waste of time.

We do accept walk ins whenever possible, however services are subject to therapist availability. On both occasions, our therapists were already with booked clients, and you were advised there would be a waiting time. Unfortunately, we cannot interrupt an ongoing appointment to immediately provide another service.
You were offered a same day appointment and advised that a therapist would be available in around 30 minutes, however you chose not to wait or accept the offered time. This was therefore not a refusal of service, but a personal decision not to wait until the next therapist became available.
We always try our best to accommodate every client fairly, including walk ins during busy periods. We appreciate your feedback and wish you all the best.

A genuinely awful experience. Tried to be understanding and give the benefit of the doubt but it just got worse and worse. Was taken to a room in which the items were visibly dirty and told there was no disposable clinic roll left to cover the bed for the wax, so they cleaned the bed down with Febreeze. Was told there were no disposable pants to wear or anything for me to cover myself with to get onto the bed. Got onto the bed (with nothing on my bottom half) and the beautician opened the door to reception to leave the room to check something while I was completely uncovered. The wax itself is done using soft wax and strips rather than hard wax which is significantly more painful and has left my skin far more irritated. Part way through my wax with my legs open to the door someone tried to come in multiple times despite being told no by my beautician and they even opened the door. The only thing I can say is that my beautician was genuinely kind and tried to comfort me when I became upset. Might be good for other services but I strongly wouldn't recommend this location for an intimate wax - it has to be the worst experience I've had anywhere - was so exposing, painful, and unhygienic.

We offer both hard wax and strip wax depending on personal preference, and we are always happy to accommodate this when discussed at the start of the appointment.

The girls at the salon are all lovely and are always so accommodating. I go regularly for my eyebrow threading and always happy with the shape. I have also had my hair coloured by Maj and Im really happy with how it turned out. Can’t fault the service

I had the most amazing experience during my visit! From start to finish, the service was exceptional.

Naz, the beautician, was incredibly friendly, warm, and professional. She made me feel completely comfortable and well taken care of.

Maj, the hair stylist, was so kind and attentive — and my hair has never looked better! I left feeling absolutely fabulous.

I also had a pedicure with Zamira, and wow… she is incredible! My feet look and feel brand new.

Overall, such a wonderful team and an amazing experience. I can’t recommend them highly enough!

I would give zero if I could
The staff member was sooooo rude and she kept complaining about my hair and then she burnt me SHE BURNT MY PRIVATE AREA it felt like hell I was dying
I’ve gotten so many waxes in other places and have never been burnt like what this shop did to me
PLEASE avoid them I couldn’t walk for days

At our salon, client care and safety are always our top priority, and we take any concerns very seriously.
We would like to clarify a few points. You initially cancelled your booking last minute and we did our best to accommodate you with a rearranged appointment. At your visit, you received a bikini line wax only, which is why we are concerned and unsure how this could have resulted in burns to your “PRIVATE AREA.” Our wax is always used at the recommended temperature, and we have never had such an issue reported before.
Please know that when our therapist comments on hair, it is never meant to be rude. It is part of ensuring the safest and best results, as hair that is too short or too long can affect the outcome and cause unnecessary discomfort to the skin.
From your review history we can see you have expressed your dissatisfaction with number of other businesses, while everyone experiences valid, which makes it even more important for us to have an open and fair discussion with you We have also tried to contact you several times to better understand your experience and would really welcome the chance to speak with you directly. Without more details, it is difficult for us to see how a bikini line wax could have caused the problem you describe.
Our goal remains to resolve any genuine concerns and make sure every client feels safe and cared for in our salon.

The most enjoyable experience. My daughter and I had our hair washed, coloured and cut/dried.
Maj , Nas and Salma are such lovely girls, chatty, funny hospitable and most of all so

I got my fringe trimmed here a few times, and the hair stylist has always been very good. Eyebrows threading is also great. I also very recently found out they have added manicures and pedicures to their services, and the lady who does it, Zamira, is super lovely, very experienced and gave me the best pedicure I ever had! Her prices are very reasonable too. Definitely coming back to get my nails done next time.

Mira has been taking care of my pedicure and manicure for past 2 months. Before I met her, I was so frastrated with my nails, I tried everything to get them to grow; but they would always break easily, and I would have to start the cycle all over. I tried various nail growth polishes and anything that would stop my nails from breaking, but nothing helped, they were short and unattractive. Most salon advised me to have nail extensions, which I didn't want. Meeting Mira was the best thing . She use nail builder for my fingers and now my nails is one of envy in less than 6 weeks and I get lots of complements. My toes are also lovely. Her service is excellent. She pays attention to fine details. She is very friendly, professional and knowledgeable with a clean and relaxing atmosphere. I wouldn't go anywhere else, I am very satisfied. I would definitely recommend her.
