I've been coming here since they opened and yesterday they overcharged me + my pedicure wasn't fully dried so I had to go back the next day.
I do simple, one colour acrylics infill and pedicure - total would normally be 65£ as I have paid before for the same service. I had a fully stamped 20% discount card and still was asked to pay 75£. I am quite upset as I always leave a 5£ tip just to be kind regardless of the nails. Unfortunately I don't think I will be back. Such a shame.

Girl doing my nails was lovely but the nails themselves not so much. Granted I was naive enough to think you can get acrylics in less than an hour but it went well over and was late for work. To top it off it hasn’t even been 3 weeks since I had my nails done and I’ve already took them off as they looked so tacky and chunky, the tip of the thumb even broke off after a week.

Edit 10 months later after visiting 6-7 times.
It’s a hit and miss. It depends on which nail tech you get. There is one particular guy who’s the best in there in my opinion, as well as a younger girl.
I had a pretty bad experience a couple of months ago with a lady who wasn’t exactly professional, said she could do my design and then gave up in the middle of it and left, and also left me with tiny open wounds all around my nails. I totally understand that not everyone has the same skills. Just tell me in advance. Oh yeah, this was like my fourth visit and when I went to pay, that lady said (rudely): “we only accept cash here”. Hmm not true. And she charged me more than usual. I would normally pay around £45-50 depending on details but she charged £60 for a design that was identical to another one I paid £50. Aanyway.
Definitely do not try to book online because nobody pays attention to that. It’s a place best suited for walk ins and waiting.
I pre-booked an appointment online for my lunch break only to get there and be told I had to wait 40 minutes for someone to start my nails.
Again, this place is good for the price and if you get the right techs and if you have time on your hands.
I don’t think I will be coming back unfortunately due to the lack of respect of my time.

Constructive criticism:

Overall, they are all lovely and skilled. However, when you try to please everyone, the quality of service can suffer. It’s important to stay on top of bookings and manage customer expectations carefully. Being realistic about availability and services helps avoid misunderstandings and unhappy customers.

Very rude service. I came in on Sunday without an appointment, as the website clearly states that walk-ins are accepted. There were no customers inside, yet the staff member was extremely rude and told me they had “changed it now.” She removed my nails but then charged me more than usual. Overall, a very disappointing experience. I won’t be coming back and do not recommend this place.

I would like to start by saying that the staff are really lovely, however I don’t think they’re skilled enough to be doing nails. This is my 4th time here and every time is a mess . They either can’t do the style I showed them at the beginning (but pretend they can) or the result is below satisfactory. They either need to lower their prices to match the type of service they can offer or get someone who can actually do nails. My nails straight from the shop 🫠

I can’t recommend this nail salon enough! They always do an absolutely incredible job every single time I visit – not just for me, but also for my young daughter. The staff are warm, welcoming, and genuinely attentive, making sure we both feel comfortable from the moment we walk in. Their customer service is second to none – friendly, patient, and always going the extra mile to make the experience special. The quality of their work is outstanding; our nails always look beautiful and last so well. It’s such a lovely place where you feel looked after, and I’m so grateful to have found it!

Wouldn't even give this a 1 star if I could, me and my friend had visited this nail salon for my birthday the acrylics were way too thick a male staff assisted someone with their toes and didn't wash his hand between doing my friends nails paid £50 my nails are barely holding gems had fell off in a day didn't have half the equipment to do my nails will never be visiting again
