I had a wonderful deep tissue massage that left me feeling so much better than when I walked in! Great communication - confirmation message received plus a reminder shortly beforehand about where to find the business and what to do on arrival. Wonderful scents too, highly recommend.

I brought this off groupon in November and I had until February 22nd to book by...I've been calling since I paid for the service on groupon, I've even added it to my WhatsApp as suggested by the voicemail when your calls never get answered...I've never had a call back or even a response...I think groupon need to take this down and I will be taking this further as this is a scam...please don't buy or entertain this bs as you will never get a call back or even a response...this is not how you do business ever...I will be letting everyone know...that this is a scam site...update I finally have this response within 20 minutes but 3 months to late as you did not have the decency to respond before...I have all the correct information...now I've claimed back my money you respond...my original statement still stands..I shouldn't have to do a review for a response...

On the whole I enjoyed the Swedish massage and mini facial. Professional and polite. Room was a bit cold but I was covered with layers to keep me warm when the massage of different areas were happening. The massage was delivered with very good pressure. Certain areas after the massage was then pressed with a hot cloth which felt really good for the muscles.The only point I would mention was that I wasn't very comfortable with the bed when facing towards the floor where the face is positioned.Couldnt adjust in a way where my face skin didnt touch metal. I didn't mention it during the massage. I am sure if I did, something would have been done to make me comfortable.So that was on me. I did get to reception 15mins early but was met bang on time and escorted into another building, mini consult and took some time for massage to start .So it wasn't full time stated for the message which I didn't mind too much as the massage was good and I would definitely recommend going here.

I had a terrible experience at Marnis Healing Hands. I scheduled a massage but never received any confirmation about the appointment time. I tried calling multiple times throughout the week, but my calls were completely ignored. This lack of communication is unacceptable, and it made me feel completely disregarded as a customer.

I was looking forward to a relaxing experience, but instead, I was left frustrated and disappointed. I won't be returning, and I can't recommend this place to anyone looking for professional service. Save your time and money!
