Extremely rude experience — the staff member who did my nails was consistently unfriendly and repeatedly commented that my nails were “ugly,” which was completely unprofessional, especially as I was paying for the service. The interaction made the whole appointment uncomfortable, and I left feeling disrespected rather than satisfied.

Extremely poor experience and highly unprofessional service. I selected a milky white shade from the nail chart number 51, yet a completely different orange colour was applied while staff repeatedly insisted it was the same. My requests were ignored, and I was pressured into choosing another colour simply to accommodate other customers. The technician was careless and even hurt my finger during the appointment. For the prices they charge, the service and customer care were completely unacceptable. To make matters worse, there was no manager available to address the complaint.

I paid £40 for acrylic removal and a new acrylic set with just a top coat. I asked for a natural colour, but the nail technician did not even show me any colour options and simply said the acrylic colour itself was “natural”. He also never properly asked what I actually wanted and seemed ready to do a French style without really consulting me first.
The whole service felt uncomfortable, as the staff kept sighing and acting like they were annoyed to be doing their job. Cleanliness also left a lot to be desired. I expected a much better service for the price paid. Unfortunately, not a great experience and I would not return.

Terrible customer service. I always have biab, the man was going to put acrylic on my nails. Didn’t ask anything. The shape, the application is terrible. He was painting on biab instead of building it. My nails are thinner than ever and the application is all bump not smooth. The nails are not even the shape I wanted. Anytime you want good nails celebrity nails (mailbox) has great customer service and they have never failed on doing my nails correctly

Was treated by Cathy for manicure and pedicure today. They’ve upgraded their pedi treatment and now offer a deep cleanse and steam. From start to end it was so relaxing and a beautiful end result! Thank you Cathy, you made us laugh and gave us great service today. A random man came inside and went to sleep on their sofa - who was greeted with an escort out by their wonderful male staff member, it was so funny 😆 Great experience after a year gap of coming here. For this reason we will definitely be back next time! Thank you 🤩

Painful service overall, and when I asked for my index finger to be redone, it wasn’t corrected. I was still charged £40 for the set, which felt disappointing given the experience and result. There were visible air bubbles in the nails, which made the finish look uneven and poorly done. This really affected the overall quality of the set.

I had Paul yesterday and he was absolutely amazing! He took so much care with my gold BIAB nails and the result is flawless - honestly the best my nails have ever looked. Such great attention to detail and a really lovely experience overall. The nails have lasted so well too. I’ll definitely be back and would highly recommend Paul to anyone!

Horrific customer service and honesty is equal to zero. My engagement nails that I asked for was not executed as requested ( was told it could be done just like in the picture) just for the design to be wrong. I told the “nail tech” multiple times that what he was doing was wrong and he kept of saying “ later fix”
He still did not fix those mistake and on top of that he had all my cuticles bleeding. I was very unhappy with the job and patiently asked him to take it off and refund me back, just die him to aggressively tell me he can’t refund the full amount and only £35 can be given to me ( total amount was 70) I was upset and I broke down and none of the workers showed empathy on my situation and feelings, what even made it worse for me is that they started speaking their native language and it made me feel uneasy.
I’m upset and in pain as I don’t have my nails done and hurting a night before my big day.
Never again I’ll be stepping food in this place, and I hope you guys can find a better place to go to when a better service and communication.
I’ll be putting the design I wanted and what I got from them.
