I’ve been coming here for the last couple of months and every time has been fantastic. I’m not the biggest chatter so I enjoy being able to put on Netflix and relax. My infills are always fast and efficient. I ask for design and they are able to recreate my inspo exactly. Price wise, it is well worth what I pay. My nails last 3-4 weeks every time with minor, if any, flaws. This is definitely my recommendation for anyone in Birmingham

First time coming here after being picky and scared about where to go as the nail places around didn't seem to interest me and I came across this Nail salon last minute and it was the best decision ever, there aesthetics and salon is lovely and designed so beautifully with light colours, the staff was so sweet offering me drinks and snacks and she made sure I felt comfortable through every step, my nails turned out beautifully in just an hour, I was very happy with the results and the customer service!!

they did such an amazing job! i checked them out as a friend recommended them to me, it was my first time getting nail extensions and i’m happy it was with them! the space is very cute, clean, and cozy. the service was top notch, everyone there was so friendly and welcoming. the nail artist checked wether i was satisfied or wanted to make any changes or tweaks every step of the process and did not make me feel bad if i did want to make changes, which i really appreciated. i got the exact design that i wanted. and honestly, i think she did an even better job than the inspo pic that i bought in!:D
i would 100% recommend coming here, and i can’t wait to come back myself!:)♥️

I have been here so many times and have to say I absolutely love it every! single! time! I have multiple sets done: french tip, mixed polka dot, stars, chrome, cat eye… (probably more i can’t remember them all). Most of the times I got my nails done by Linh and they were well-taken care of. She always listens to my needs and is always willing to change designs up to my liking despite my indecision. As my work involves a lot of handling and washing with hot water, my nails always get broken/chipped, just one message and they will book me an appointment to get them fixed right away. And I love that they do instant appointment even when your very last minute impulsion hits like: “gosh i need to get my nail done today, right now!” 😹 Also have to mention the affordable prices and loyalty discounts that they offer (beauty is expensive but getting your nails done here won’t break your bank 😤)
Again, highly recommend Nailture to all your beauty that want to get your nails done with a fair price and superb customer service 🤩
P.S. You can choose what to listen/ watch on their TV as well 😙

I’ve been to so many nail salons over the years, and most of the time the service feels rushed, my cuticles are barely touched, and my nails start looking messy after just a week. I wanted something better, so I spent a long time searching on Instagram until I came across Nailture (formerly Nails4Me). I zoomed in on their work — especially the cuticles and detailing — and knew I had to book.

I sent a DM and was surprised to get an immediate response. Booking was quick and easy, and when I needed to change my appointment to the next day, it was done instantly with no issues or penalties.

When I arrived on 06/01/2026, I explained how high-street salons often rush and never give my cuticles the care they need. When my old gel and BIAB were removed, we discovered that my once-strong nails had been over-filed by my previous nail tech and had become weak and brittle. After careful cuticle work, Nailture recommended trimming them down and trying Gel-X — something I’d never had before.

The application was seamless. I even asked her to choose a design for me, and I absolutely loved what she created. Her attention to detail, precision, and how gently she handled my hands made me an instant loyal customer. Honestly, my nails have never looked this good. I’ve always been a square-nail girl, but the almond shape we chose was stunning.

My sister saw them and is booking soon, and I can’t stop filming my nails. A week later they still look freshly done — no lifting, no dullness, just perfect.

I can’t wait to come back for more sets this year.

I GOT MY FIRST SET OF BIAB NAILS AND I LOVE THEM! The ladies were super lovely, patient and skilful with the care of my nails and cuticles as well as executing the design.

They reassured me throughout the process that they are happy to take on feedback and to speak up if I wasn’t happy with how my nails were turning out which i personally appreciated!

They have a very warm and welcoming environment as well !

Another plus was that they were able to fit me in for a same-day appointment during the busy Christmas season! Thank you so much ladies xx

I came here for the first time and I will definitely be coming back again!! Amazing nail salon, staff are super friendly and their service is brilliant. They are fast but also pay great attention to detail and the vibe of the salon is very nice and chilled.

Loved my nails. Lovely place and for me it was the perfect balance of talking and Netflix. Enjoyed the experience. Very thoughtful as they even thought to put a straw in my drink so I can sip on it without disturbing my nails!
