I went a while ago when the shop first opened, the staff were pleasant & very helpful.
Went back a couple of weeks ago, staff couldn’t have been less interested. I came out wondering why I didn’t complain - nails looked like a painter & decorator had put gloss paint on them. I was given a price for natural nails, at the end I said I wanted a white tip - £5 extra. I’d shown a photo of what I wanted.

Me and my mum thought we'd try this one out as its just up the road from us. Nice clean salon with massage chairs whilst you have your toe nails done. Friendly staff, apart from a slight language barrier both myself and my mum had a laugh 😃 we have already made our next appointment.. really happy with our nails too. 😁👍🙏

I’ve been here a few times before and usually I never have anything to complain about. This time I’m quite disappointed. I booked in for a pedicure. I was asked to come in earlier than my appointment which I couldn’t do unfortunately. I was sat down at 6:25 and left at about 7:10 pm. This is much faster than my previous visits. Normally I leave feeling like I’ve got new feet. This time the technician scrubbed for less than 2 minutes. I’ve had to buy a foot scrub and scrub more myself. I wasn’t given the colour chart I was just asked what colour I wanted, the nail paint itself is quite patchy. I was the only customer left in the salon and once I’d sent the money I was just told ‘okay, bye’ I’ve just spent £45 on something that’s not finished as I’ve had to do some scrubbing myself. I’m actually quite disheartened about this as I would usually be really happy. I’m appreciative they managed to get me in during a busy period on late notice but if I’ve paid for a service I would expect to receive the full service. I’ve given 3 stars as I have been happy with previous visits. But on this occasion I would give 1 star.

I went here for a gel manicure and pedicure and wow! The nail artist took his time and was professional, patient and kind, as were the other staff members. Lovely massage chairs to go with the foot massage, plus the offer of a hot or cold drink. Really fair prices too. I will be back! 🩷

It was my first time at this salon last week and wow! The first nail salon where I’ve felt comfortable and assured my nails were going to be done well, I was given tea and everyone was very chatty, they always reply on Facebook quite quickly aswell and very good pricing I’m very happy with the service. Well done for everyone at the salon you work very hard. This will now be my regular salon!!! Xx

My first visit today, my husband and I went for a pedicure. Great customer service, welcoming, offered hot/ cold drink. Massage chairs whilst we had our pedicure done. Clean and tidy. Impressed, highly recommend and obviously will revisit! Thank you!

*The vibe was super welcoming and everyone was lovely
*I had a crack in my old set that was abit painful and they were very gently with that nail when filing
*they were super patient with all my directions and didn't seem burdened but happy to make sure I was happy with their work
* they did a fantastic job and I left with the exact nails I wanted

First time visiting - the recommended BIAB to me which ive considered for a while now. I got it done and so pleased. Very friendly and kind, and offered tea/coffee on arrival too. Thank you, i will definitely be visiting again!
