I had such a wonderful experience with my massage from Davinder. From the moment I arrived, the atmosphere was calm and welcoming, which immediately put me at ease. Davinder was incredibly professional and attentive, taking the time to understand exactly what I needed.
The massage itself was deeply relaxing and expertly done. Every movement felt purposeful, and I could genuinely feel the tension leaving my body. It was the perfect balance of soothing and therapeutic, and I left feeling refreshed, lighter, and completely stress-free.

Went in for a manicure and pedicure through Fresha. I asked the nail tech if I could have french tips as I booked for gel and she said thats fine but didnt advise me on extra charges and the owner was also in the salon and heard the conversation as there were only 2 of us in the salon and none if them said anything but when I left i was told Ill have to pay more! I told the tech what I was looking for, even showed her a picture and the base came out the exact opposite and she said it just looks very pink right now... she cut my cuticles too which stung and bled. The tips on the pedicure were the worst along with the trimming, it was looking blotchy and I had to constantly tell her to fix them...

I couldnt go back in as I was away for the bank hol but as soon as I went back and showed them how my cuticles were now looking and how the base shades are off, some are looking darker than the others. The owner says thats the "lighting" told her about the cuticles as there was no base at the bottom, it was only the 4th day and she said my nails grew so thats why theyre looking the way they are. Showed her my pedi and she said I knocked toes, I told her I think id remember that. I told them I wasnt there to argue and I didnt even cause a fuss on the day even about the extra charge at the end when I was leaving, the owner butted in and said no I gave you a discount, I said no I booked through the site thats where I got the discount and then she says no I gave u 25% off the extra charge. I told her thats fine but that shouldve been voiced, all you said was "oh its x amount more" and i went over my time! It was booked for 2hrs15, they told me it should be 40mins, told them thats their issue and they should amend that on the site, i was there for the duration i was booked.

Honestly customer service is rubbish, theyre rude, not helpful at all during or after service! In the 2hrs I was there they didnt offer anything. Honestly if you do want to go somewhere good in Radford, id say go to Mya Nail and Beauty, amazing nails and amazing service unlike some 😂

I had a really heartwarming experience here. I wasn’t a customer that day, but it was pouring outside and my 4‑year‑old desperately needed the toilet. The staff were so kind and helped us out in a moment of real urgency, even though their facilities are normally for customers only.

That small act of kindness meant a lot. It says a lot about the people who work here, and I’m genuinely grateful for their help.
